We waited almost 2 hours for our dinner to get here, then we had to fight with the guy because debits not working he wanted us to pay cash without calling and telling us no debit or anything which we don’t carry cash when I said I’m calling the store he gave it to us for free, we go to eat and my pizzas wrong, takes half an hour to get ahold of customer service they say they are fixing it and sending it over, half an hour after that I get an email saying it’s not coming and customer support won’t do anything, so 3 hours later and no dinner, definitely not an ideal night for a pregnant person who has to eat, definitely never ordering from here again

Ordered via Uber eats most of the time and they were great or so I thought. I decided to give the delivery service a go and get a cheese lover. The pizza was so dry,I was tasting bread majority of the bites, I could not taste the tomato sauce on the pizza. Tried again tonight with what I always get “cheese lover, pan crust” paid for extra sauce this time too. One bite in I realized it wasn’t pan crust. Called to let them know to be told that I don’t know the difference even by Riaz. Being in fast food industry myself and how they approached the situation at first most definitely turned me off from even expecting an apology. If it was possible no stars would have been given. I’m highly disappointed and annoyed at this point. Please train your employees on phone etiquette.
I ordered two medium pizzas for take out and when it was scheduled for pickup at 8:45pm. When I went to the store, they told me that they forgot about my order and asked me to wait for 15 minutes. When I got the pizzas, they were two greasy and were undercooked. Very bad.
I live approximately 5 minutes from the Eastway Plaza Pizza Hut and when I try to order online it tells me they don't deliver to my address. I try to call to order and no one answers. Not even the call centre. We will be ordering from another Pizza store from now on.

I had a pizza delivered tonight that I asked to be cooked well done we opened the pizza to start eating to see but it wasn't even cooked at all and my husband then noticed it also came with a nice surprise some hair possibly looking more like an arm hair will definitely never order from this franchise again. I highly recommend not using this location.
Not enough cheese to cover the entire pizza and toppings are burned a little bit. Otherwise, very tasty as usual!
