Worst pizza ever..spend 40 dollars on a pizza..not baked well..call staff very rude ....what's going on??? We are paying for it aren't we?One of the worst pizza I had ever had after spending a lot money...it dint allow me to give less than 1 star .
Absolutely disgusting under cooked pizza. Had to bake it even more when I got home. Dough was half raw and it’s drenched in oil
This place is the worst! I will never ever order from them again! My deal is the timing.. there is no way in hell I’m waiting over two hours for a delivery.. I called them back 3 times and they kept hanging up! ? that’s the worst service..You can be busy .. i get that! BUT 2 plus hours is totally unacceptable for a food delivery..I’m all about C.S. so if your going to run your business like a fine dining experience! NOT!get the stuff done and get it out! . I told her I was canceling my order and she gave me a hard time! I was not waiting any longer ..We actually live 6 mins away.. but we wanted to have it delivered for a changeYeah give me a break! Another customer rides away!!! Doesn’t deserve a star you get ?????
Meh nothing special at all. Pizza is under cooked pretty much every time we have ordered, even if we ask for double cooked. Don’t recommend
Solid Pizza Hutt experience. Toppings and sauce could have been a bit closer to edge, hence only the 4 stars. It was about a solid inch of crust all the way around.
Ordered online last night. Seemed more expensive then our usual place. But wanted to try the Hut because it’s been years since I’ve had it. Ordered a medium sized pizza and a side Caesar salad. Was $23 and change for pick up.Got there on time and it as ready. Girl in cash was friendly and rang in order and I paid.She brought my pizza to the counter and then went to get the salad. When she returned I could see the contents because the container was clear, the salad consisted of maybe a half a cup of lettuce and three small containers of what I assumed was dressing, maybe bacon and another maybe croutons..But the actual salad was so small that I inquired, is that the whole salad? The girl nodded, expressionless. I said for $6? I was shocked by the lack of salad in the salad! I didn’t mean to be so rude but I couldn’t believe the lack of food they were offering for the price. So I said I didn’t want that and I guess they assumed I meant the whole order but I meant the salad. So the girl turned to the worker behind her and he proceeded to give me a refund of the whole order. So I went with it. I left and ordered Domino’s from their parking lot which I picked up 15 mins later. Got a larger pizza and chicken bites for $2 less and it was hot and staff were friendly. Thanks Domino’s for always coming through!!
I ordered a pizza tonight, when I got home this is what I found. I would’ve called and complained to the store it was closed by the time I got home. I actually would’ve came back and brought the pizza and demanded my money back because after this there’s no way I can eat here again.. the taste was vinegary and completely mushy. This is absolutely disgusting!!! I do not understand how a place that specifically makes pizzas cannot make a pizza… the entire pizza was raw. I couldn’t upload my video so I took screenshots of it for pictures but this is not cheese I’m touching this is the dough. I have taken all the toppings off the pizza. I am so grossed out at how a place that specializes in something can serve it like this.
The worst pizza I have had.Not even cooked enough.You shouldn’t have to ask to cook your pizza.Very poor quality pizza, frozen pizza would of tasted better.
This location is just extremely cheap with quantities. To the point where I would prefer you raise the price by a buck or two or even three if your seriously that greedy. Ordered the 20.99 combo. maybe a quarter of the container with salad dressing was filled. I got maybe a quarter of a strip of bacon (super burned). And the cheese sticks (which I paid an extra dollar for) had the smallest amount of cheese as well. Just burnt cheese shreds over the sticks, not the amount you normally get. A tiny sprinkle of cheese is $1 more?Just go to a different location. This place is absolutely cheap. If you are the location that will give more quantity based on tip just advertise that out right otherwise this was an absolute waste of time.
Took over two hours for our order to be delivered. Was depending on it being here at a reasonable time to feed my four year old son. Sadly that never happened. They also cut the pizza in a weird fashion. Will not being going back. Brutal service.
