Worst customer service ever… every time I’ve asked for gluten free they go out of their way to question me because they don’t want to do more work… I’ve asked for rice in my pita several times and was told the owner doesn’t allow that as this “isn’t a burrito place.” I’m sorry but who gave you the right to dictate how I eat my pita.I go to the pita in Whitby on Baldwin and they are the best…. Never question my rice or my gluten allergy.
Love the way the put the Gyros together tasted perfect too
This is the only location I have had a bad experience at. Online or called in orders not ready. Social distancing not enforced and poorly managed. The app didn't help matters for this location as well.
My pita was made with ingredients I asked to be left out. When I pointed it out, the ingredients were picked out...
Love the chicken Schwarma. Could ear it everyday with one of their strawberry/banana yogen fruize drinks. So fresh and the service is awesome!
Ordered online (pick up) from this location last night for the first time in about 10 years. I was a little hesitant going by the reviews but it was close by so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious and the service was great! I will definitely be going back in the future.
3 employees working Aug 1st 2021 at 530pm were very unhelpful and refused to cut a burrito in half. I asked 3 times (asked each person) and they said no stuff will fall out we will give you a plastic knife. I said I don't want to cut it with a plastic knife, I don't care if stuff falls out please cut it in half with a real knife. They refused. I said please just use your metal knife and cut it I don't care if stuff falls out I don't want to try and cut it with a plastic knife while in a car. They still refused.
Not a good stop for travelers, , won’t allow washroom use or dine in even though province wide restrictions are removed
This is the place to go to get ripped off. There is almost no meat in the wraps. I've had pita pit several times and I've never been to one that is so stingy. Not worth the price. A large wrap was approx a tsp of meat.
Over priced salad with minuscule bits of chicken . Never going back to such fraud.
