Ordered $90 worth of pizza the day before a birthday party and they fully missed the delivery. Had to be called and the order record was incorrectly scheduled. 15 kids and parents in our house and we had to figure it out while pizza was made and delivered late.
The pizza itself is a really good one and my personal favourite pizza place, but to be professional the pizza is extremely greasy and fairly expensive, the pizza is a really good size, and the different pizzas are really good, I recommend the filly cheese steak pizza. I am gluten free so for me the pizza options are really small.
Phenomenal pizza, we just ordered a bunch of it for my sons birthday, it arrived hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. We have ordered here many times and is always our go to when the family is in the mood for pizza.
Love Papa John's Pizza. They have a variety of specialty Pizza. Lots of toppings for a reasonable price. I usually take advantage of the 50% off discount code on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. My kids love the Alfredo cheese pizza and the butter garlic dipping sauce that comes with it. The option for the parmesan crust is worth getting it once a while.
Pizza was half cooked. The crust was extremely soft, ive worked at a pizza shop before and know that pizza was not ran all the way through the oven
Delicious pizza, especially their thin crust pizzas!Unfortunately it's often way under baked when not ordering thin crust.I still recommend them, regardless!Also, have a wonderful deal on Monday's if you need a quick dinner option at the beginning of a new week!
The pizza I got tasted great, even after I left it out a bit to run some errands. The service was a little slow, as I ordered it using Uber Eats. The app said my order was ready, but I still had to wait a while before leaving with the pizza. Another issue was that a staff member was wearing flip flops instead of proper shoes. As a customer, I feel that it is not only a safety concern for the staff, but also a sense of "too casual". It may not be my place to comment on this, but it is something that I noticed. But overall, the pizza tasted great.
If you like poorly prepared pizza, inconsiderate delivery drivers and VERY SPARSE toppings, this is the place for you! Not the first time but definitely the last time for us!
The pizza is usually good. And usually the wings are good. The Garlic Parm wings I got this time were undercooked (I needed to put them under the broiler for over 10 min to get them edible) and the sauces I selected were not included. To round out the wing fiasco, we found a long blonde hair in them. I always order 2-3 pizzas + sides, so a significant amount. I always tip the driver well. I contacted customer support about this, and they emailed me that they would give me a $15 credit but I needed to contact the store. I am not some sort of poverty case; if they want to compensate me for this, then do it. I am not going to call the store and beg for this. But I do know how to write a review and get pizza & wings elsewhere.
