This food is amazing some times they don't wrap my shuwarma right and it collapses but aside from that it's good.

Osmow’s at 1900 Simcoe St.N OshawaIs honestly the best place ever.. the people are fantastic and the food is great .. if you like Mediterranean style food which is always fresh and hot this is the place for you.. Promise you will not be disappointed! The portions are always on par and the prices are reasonable $$If you have not been to this one you should try! I have been to a couple of others in the Durham area and they do not compare to this one and honestly one bad experience sometimes hinders your personal opinion on going back to any of the other locations!Please try this one and you will not be dissatisfied. ????Guess what’s for supper ! ?
Very dirty restaurant. When the guy making food , they don’t wear mask and keep chatting. Their saliva on the food. and also staff are not well educated, when I point this problem, their answer very rude. I dump it ,garbage !

I wish I could give 0 starI always eat osmows , but I’ll never recommend any1 wisiting this store ..I had chicken on fries , and I asked for hotBut the chicken and fries were so DRY , no garlic or sauce at all ...Waste of money
Great shawarma place , one of regular restaurant that I always visit.***//They must, however, adhere to proper food handling regulations.Notice few times, staff wear same gloves while preparing food ( such as wrap etc) and same time use the till and touch the cash etc.I suggest it is better to follow what subway people are doing.Specifically this covid situation.
Great food, and friendly staff, but the occasional long wait. Still highly recommend if you don't mind that though.
? Shawarma wrap was amazing.Staff are very friendly especially Mohammed . My shawarma wrap was too spicy ? He offered to make me a new one. I tried to pay for it but he wouldn’t let me. Customer service skills are great. Will be coming back here again.
Ordered 4 platters for over $50 on boxing day for my friends and I. The chicken kabab quantity was cut into pieces as If it's for a baby to eat, the rice was dried out. The food was not fresh at all. An embarrassment for me to have my friends eat that. I called the store manager to inform and all he said was "oh sorry, I wasn't there that day" and said bye and hung up.
