Argued on the phone with me regarding delivery fee. Kept insisting my address was 11km away and wanted to charge $10 even though maps and google said I was only 5-6 km away (they charge $3 within 5 km and an extra $1 for every extra km) so I would’ve only been $4 max. Eventually told me if I didn’t want to pay then to go somewhere else. Great customer service.
Not very good. General Tso’s chicken not spicy at all and has no flavour. Sweet and sour chicken balls were very greasy and coated your mouth with oil. The crab rangoons were very sweet. Chicken fried rice was ok. Won’t order again, everything is bland and has such an oily after taste. I gave two stars for ok rice and fast service.
This my favorite place to go for chicken balls (the best I've had, I don't like them from anywhere else) chicken chop Suey, chicken Cantonese lo mein are some of my favorite. They are always friendly and have good prices
I got take out from here last night and the only place I took it was straight to the garbage. I got a general tao with chicken fried rice dinner and was in absolute disgust. The rice was awful and the chicken even worse all Cartledge no chicken. I was starving and love Chinese food to say the least. For me to throw it out completely is unlike me just goes to show how awful it was.
I usually don't write reviews but we thought we would try something new and chose New Century Chinese food for dinner last night. I spent over 70$ and it was beyond awful (beef and almonds had a burnt taste..had to throw out) and sesame chicken was so over done hard as a rock couldnt even bite it (had to throw out) and the dumplings!!!! were like raw dough we never had dumplings like that from a chinese restaurant i had to fry them up and they still tasted off...sorry but we should of stuck with our usual chinese place...never again!!!!!! live and learn i guess :(
Ordered veggie lo mein and beef soft noodles. The quantity is a lot but it taste soooo baaad. Took one bite and dumped it in my compost. The veggies tastes sweaty.. and beef just doesn't like beef. Spring roles tasted like they were cooked in dirty water.
Horrible experience. I ordered $90 dollars worth of food. Part of the order was 2 chicken fried rice, only received one order. I called & spoke to the man that works there & instead of making it right & bringing me the missing item he began to scream & yell at me telling me that I’m wrong. Did nothing to fix the order. I will NEVER order here again, the food was also not that good.
Chicken balls were raw and gave us food poisoning been throwing up all Morning. When I called to let them know the man answered the phone and said I didn’t order I am beyond frustrated do not get any kind of chicken unless you want food poisoning
One star for speed. This place is inconsistent. Their Lemon chicken batter was rock hard on the outside yet undone in the middle. The chicken was dry and slivery..terrible.
Good Chinese food and great variety! Have ordered from here a few times, and like everything we have ordered so far! The portions are big - so don't order too much (or do for leftovers). Chicken balls are prime and not over battered, the shrimp tempura is a HUGE serving! Totally worth it!
