the worst. i ordered a bowl and they only filed it up maybe 1/3. i asked them to add rice witch they did and it still was barley above the half way mark. kids had nachos with there burrito and got 4 chips total (no joke). avoid this location at all cost. so cheap with toppings even after asking for more. i believe the total was around $54 and all 4 of us were still hungry.
This was my 1st time at a Mucho Burrito and I will definitely be back. I wasn't sure what or how to order, but the 2 staff members took the time to explain the options and toppings available to me. Even had a pleasant conversation while my order was being prepared. The food was fantastic! I had a regular sized steak burrito, which to me was more than enough food. Great flavour, and all the toppings were fresh. I'd also like to note that the places was clean, in good order and had prompt service. I'll be back for more soon!
Wowwww. Simply can’t believe the service they provide. It was my first time trying Mucho Burrito, owner is always at store helping their customer goes through various menu item they offer. Best and fast customer service in Oshawa. The food quality is exceptional and cleanliness of the store is mind blowing. Definitely recommend everyone to try it out if in Oshwa.
Really disappointed with the menu, very little option for toppings and what is being offered is not appealing like mango and pickled onions…obviously some people would really enjoy these.Simple staples like lettuce and peppers aren’t even an option.
Standard franchise location. They limit the toppings to 4 (four)! That must either be a new mandate or cheapness. The "mucho" sized burrito was stuffed full of product but despite me specifically requesting no cilantro, the utensil was not cleaned clear of that and it spoiled what would have been a rather filling and perfect product. Will go again.
The food is amazing. Unlike other burrito places you can choose extremely healthy ingredients like quinoa. I normally dont have access to healthy meals, so I really enjoyed this place. The only downfall for me is the price. 1 small burrito and 1 regular burrito ended up coming to almost 30 dollars. And they ended up the same size because the small burrito was stuffed with toppings, and the regular orderer wasnt a topping fan. Maybe consider lowering the price on basic beef or chicken burritos with beans, then charge extra for additional toppings. Seems more fair to me. I love this place, but just cant afford it.
Very clean and professional restaurant. Love the staff, they always give the best service and their food is sooo tasty. My tacos tasted so good I had to take pic and post it! Must try restaurant in Oshawa.love it.
The Quesadillas at Mucho Burrito are the best of any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Highly recommend this place. Staff are always amazing.
I felt very rushed and uncomfortable and there was no reason. I was the only customer at the time.The bread was burnt so bad I could taste it in every bite. The steak was taken from a container under the counter that looked like a vat of gray chunks of meat in a tub of grease that had gone bad. The employee just pointed to the ingredients i had to ask each time what it was. I asked for guacamole and he rudly said that's extra not offering a price and proceeded to wrap up my burrito with out adding it. When I asked him to add it he said its too late I already cooked it. I couldn't eat the burrito I was really hungry so I tried but all I could think of the gray greasy meat.This is amongst the worst service I have ever had. I will never visit another Mucho Burrito ever again anywhere.Stay away from this place
my boyfriend and i come in here at least a few times a week and it has never compared to any other fast food/burritos or tacos we’ve ever had. always fresh and the perfect portions. the taco trio is our personal favourite and they customize it to the way we prefer. not to mention the customer service is great, always making conversation and we are never disappointed with our visit.
