I asked if the bread was fresh and was told ‘yes it all is’. One bite and I could tell the bread was old. Poor!!! Don’t go as it’s bad

Can't even pickup a sub in the evening because of the stupid hours this location has. Who closes at 8pm?? Never again. Going to go the other location that actually has more normal hours.
Terrible sub quality. Cannot even hold the sub, have to spoon the toppings and eat the bread seperate. This was with like 4 toppings
The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite and nice enough. There is no problem with the staffing there but the quality of the food is so poor that it is inedible. The bread tasted gritty, like it had bits of seeds not milled properly and the meat of the meatballs tasted like it was boiled and cooked- draining all flavor out of it. And rolled into meatballs using bloody cement mix. The meat was hard, chewy, lacking in taste and flavor. Had the consistency texture and less flavor than dog food. I was treated out, so I didn't wish to offend. So, I took a bite.. Chewed it for about a minute.. And spat it out, I could not do it.

Always one of the cleanest Mr. Subs. Service with a smile every time and my sub is always prepared the same no matter who makes it.
