New staff is horrible wont be going to this location ever again
Terrible customer service, not friendly. I've never been greeted or smiled at. And the staff is always on their personal phones when serving you.
Hire more staff. One poor worker at dinner time taking orders, preparing orders, and cashing out. Obviously a huge line at no fault of the worker.
This is an overall review. I go out of my way to come to this Me Sub because they used to be great. Somethings has changed and slow service is included as well.It is not just for one person yet this time when I asked to get change on my last visit for a bill that was $28.08, I gave her $30.10 to get a $2.00 coin back. She had no idea how to provide that change and did not understand what I was doing even after I explained it to her.When you bag subs and drinks, why is it procedure to put the subs on the bag first and put the drinks on top? This is everyone that works there and this just squishes the subs that are in the bag. The drinks are heavier. lay them on the bottom of the bag and put the subs on top or beside standing up so when you pick up the bag they are not squished or bent after you pick up the bad.I cannot be the only one that notices this.
Rudest worst customer service ever. Will NEVER give them my business at this location again.

Sandwich maker was generous and the sub was delicious.
There was a beard hair in my sub and a fruit fly baked into my bread.Staff was very friendly though
