Absolutely disappointed in service 1st when asked what I wanted he didn’t listen then when the sub was made took it over to cut it with a dirty knife and a million bugs around the area. The area was very messy and unclean. This whole restaurant needs a deep scrub. I didn’t even end up eating it I was so grossed out I just left.I do not Recommend anyone going to this store you might end up sick.
They have sign saying washroom out of service but the fact is they are trying to avoid people using itI spilled my sub while eating and I need to ask for a key to unlock and wash my handsNot sure how this type of greedy businesses are still surviving without proper service
Mr. SUB is always good. Service at this location was great also.
Best Mr. Sub in durham region. I am a service technician so trust me I eat a lot of sandwiches and wraps. And this sub shop is the best.
MY favorite place to get a healthy lunch
I go to this Mr.Sub at least once a week sometimes more. I was there today and the man made my sub. He went over to cut it and he used the knife that was just used to cut 2 Tuna subs. The man did not wipe the knife off. I questioned him on that and he said he will remake the sub. The lady was remaking my sub and I apologize to them and stated I can’t have Tuna. The man speaks up and says, You should have said something. I then replied, isn’t it good practice to wipe the knife off after every use so there is no cross Contamination. The man replies. I see your point but you still should have told us. I will not be returning to this Mr Sub and I will inform others to do so as well.
Worst experience ever!! Owner was verbally abusive after I questioned why his employee took the wraps out of the package and placed them on top of the plastic packaging. I have no idea who touched the package that those wraps came in. He was yelling at me because I questioned. I basically turned around and walked out. As I was leaving out the door the owner and employee were yelling at each other. Horrible!! Giving them 1 star is being generous!
The sandwich artist touched his mask while making my sandwich. Before he could touch my food with his hands I asked him to please change his gloves. He responded by telling me he touched his mask all the time and it was ok. I asked him again to change his gloves, to which he began to raise his voice. 2 years Covid has been going on and this man has no idea about hygiene or infection control. Unable to reason with this man, I walked out.

We had the meatless Tex Mex black bean sub and the meatless meatball sub (among others) and we loved them all. It's very filling and quite yummy ? The chocolate brownie was soft and yummy as well.The people serving, Sahil and Smit, were lovely! Even though we came near closing, they helped us decide on what sauces would go best with our different subs and processed our orders efficiently. Two thumbs up! ??
