I feel we are so lucky to have this wonderful takeout Japanese food place in Oshawa. We have tried multiple Bento Lunch, Bento Dinner and Sushi trays and they are all very fresh and delicious food. Everyone works here is so polite and greeting each customer with positive attitude and smile always !
This place has so many incredible reviews that I needed to try here! The flavours are there and it is delicious, but be warned - the rolls are MASSIVE. (This picture doesn’t do it justice) Eating them is not easy and you cannot eat any of the rolls in one easy bite. It felt a little gross chewing such jumbo massive rolls. My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to cut and roll the sushi rolls smaller. Besides that, we enjoyed it. Great presentation too. Don’t let this review stop you from trying this place! The food is Delicious. The presentation is beautiful. Definately recommend going here. I've been coming here since it opened. And I don't really go any where else now. My favourite is the P&P. They also have these cute wooden boats that you can rent for party's to put the sushi onto.
This was my first time visiting Madami sushi. They greeted me with respect right away.Incredible team working at the back to ensure amazing foods come out super fresh.Black dragon was melting in my mouth.Spicy Salmon was amazingMiso soup was Uber fresh.wakame salad was delicious and came with a piece of avocado .Overall, I would strongly recommend this restaurant.*** there’s one unique thing that no other sushi place has—— Their Maki size per roll is almost double in size than other sushi places **** ????
Beautiful presentation, lovely staff, and the food is amazing! They add their signature flower to your meal. ? I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Tried the Ebi shumai, spicy dumplings, and some maki. All were good, but not great. I see a lot of amazing photos on here, so I definitely will give them another chance. One of the better places in terms of freshness of maki rolls.
This humble little spot does not fall short on taste or presentation.At a time when one is not able to fully experience the joys of eating at a restaurant, Midami Sushi aims to bring that joy to you.Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted very warmly by everyone working. It felt so nice to be acknowledged by all the staff!I proceeded to feast on my lunch and noted the freshness of the salad, soup and delicious orange ginger sesame dressing provided.When I opened the main box, a beautiful meal was presented with lovely garnishes that were very much appreciated.The food tasted just as well as it looked and was devoured quickly.I’m sad that this place is so far away from home , but will make a point to stop here when I visit Oshawa again in the near future.The reviews don’t lie, you gotta eat here!
5 starts ++++I'm a regular here and always order the large combination tray. For new years eve I ordered the medium tray and the store made a mistake and prepared the large. They still honored the mistake which was appreciated.The quality is very fresh and the rolls are large. The best sushi in Oshaea hands down.
This ? spot deserves nothing less than 5 stars. The added touch of having fresh flowers decorating your sushi is truly one I wouldn’t take for granted. Every person working greeted me with a smile upon entering and the sushi itself was large, filling and adequately priced. It also seems like they make their pickled ginger in house (also amazing). Excellent experience ?☺️
Midami is the best Sushi Take Out place in town. Our combination party tray came out perfectly prepared, and extra points for presentation. In addition, the amount of food and quality for food they give are absolutely worth the price. Will definitely be enjoying this place again, and I highly recommend that you try it out if you're a big sushi lover, or a first timer.
