I love coming here with my boyfriend! But there’s usually a bunch of teens crowding up the machines. I’m cool with waiting but they’ll stand there for over 20 minutes just talking and won’t move so that kinda sucks
I had a misunderstanding that took place at this location, but it was quickly addressed by the owner. I have been going to this Menchies for over 4yrs now and my kids and I enjoy the fozen yogurt a lot and the owner is very kind. Thank you for calling and addressing my concern. All is good!
Delicious but extremely over priced.
I went to buy myself and my kids Menchies at the Oshawa location. Our total came up to $12.97 for 3 cups and 1 topping. I added another topping and the total jumped to $15.41! I told the cashier I wanted to take out the second topping because $3 is not reasonble for such a little container - I removed it and then my total became $13.92?!?! I asked her how come it went higher than the initial $12.97? She just shrugged her shoulders in a nonchalant way and said "I don't know, it goes by the weight." I said I'm well aware of that but the weight is back to the original amount which came up to $12.97. I told her I wanted to reset the scale and try again, we removed the 3 cups and 1 topping and then put it back exactly as we had it. The total now came up to $13.41! Again, I asked why the amounts are always changing and she didn't have any other answer for me other than "I don't know, it goes by the weight." I asked for head office's number, she said she didn't have it. I paid with cash and asked for a receipt, she said that they don't give receipts for cash payments!?!?! I looked up the head office number and called and it went straight to voicemail. No one has called me back of course. It's clear to me that this whole scale option is a scam. We can't even see what the weight is. We have been going to Menchies for years now and all I can think about is the number of customers they have overcharged and scammed. I want a Menchies representative to address this asap!
They have very nice staff, it’s tast really good but every time I go there one small cup of ice cream cost 9 to 12 dollars even if you get a small amount
Everything is broken or empty lol and she didn't even help us.
Experience was okay, my kids love it, so decided to try it, but I am not a fan of yogurt so it didnt surprise me i didnt like it much, though definately better than actual yogurt. Ate about 1/2, and i found it overpriced.
All the machines were basically empty very hard to get ice cream our
Over priced and not enough Vegan options.
Dissappointed that they did not have any fruits. I eat healthy and the reason why I came was to enjoy a frozen yogurt with fruits and after putting frozen yogurt into my cup only to find there were no fruits was not only dissapointing but costly! I spent $30 for my wife and I combined and we left the store unhappy that we had no fruits to enjoy.
