Your service sucks my burger was wrong and no answer on the phone after 10 calls in a row

Long slow lines. I have yet to place an order & be able to drive away! I ALWAYS have to park when I have a food order--even if as simple as a Happy Meal AND even after waiting 10-15minutes for my order it is ALWAYS WRONG! I drive out of my way to avoid this location.

Not too crowded during the visit and the place was clean.7/7/22 I went today for breakfast past 8am and ordered a hotcake meal. Only to find out that a hotcake meal only includes 3 hotcakes (the 2 pc on top did not seem to be fresh to me), a hash brown and a small coffee. I was expecting to get a sausage or a bacon with it.

The wait times are too long at the drive through. I sometimes end up waiting on the main road before giving up because it's just too dangerous to have cars lined up on Simcoe. The staff are usually so friendly and super nice, but it's not worth the wait. 9/10 times I am told to park and wait once again for simple orders. The food is not even affordable anymore. Sorry, but I will pass from now on.

Ordered burgers, a drink, coffee and Mcflurry, during my break at my workplace around midnight. They can't even get that right. They missed my drink on my order, then accused me of not ordering one, then told me I'd have to go back through the whole drive thru to reorder and pay for a drink, that the order taken forgot to put on my order. The supervisor popped her head at the window and told me I never ordered one, and she argued with me. If I could give less then 1 star, I would. The coffee was cold, and the so called drink that they then gave me was intentionally filled pretty well all with ice, and almost no pop by this supervisor, because she argued I didn't order a drink, however the order taker asked me 2x about my order and I repeated the pop 2x, and she still didn't get it.

The McDonald's on Simcoe and Taunton is perhaps one of the most, if not the most, challenging McDonald's parking lots to get in and out of. This is definitely not the fault of the restaurant itself but it definitely deters me from visiting this location more frequently whenever I am in the area.I've come to this location many times in the past as I used to work in the area and it was the go to place for all the coffee orders. Remember when you were able to get a coffee and a muffin for only $2? What a time that was!Food preparation is ok. I've never really had a problem at this location with prep. Food has been neither unsatisfactory nor stellar by any means. Just a standard McDonald's. Nothing wrong with that. One time I went through the driveway and asked for the condiment sweet and sour sauce at the pick up window and the lady attending the window was upset because I asked and didn't pay extra for it. Didn't know the cost came out of here pocket.

The service is great and the staff is pleasant. But the one thing that they can't seem to get right is serving their Mc Griddles hot! Not even luke warm. COLD! 9 out of 10 times I had to walk in from drive through and have them remake a fresh Mc Griddle. As result, I stopped going their and visit Mc Donald's at Taunton and Harmany. Their McGriddles are always piping HOT ?!

Most incompetent location I have ever frequented. 50/50 chance of your order being correct. “Drive thru” needs to be renamed to “Drive thru and Park!” Location is too small to service the neighbourhood with all the new developments in the area. Mobile orders have only compounded these issues. Do McDonald’s a favour and avoid this location if you can.

“Please pull up” This is arguably one of the worst McDonald’s in Southern Ontario. I’ve never gone here where they didn’t ask me to pull ahead to wait for my food along with everyone else in the drive thru. What are you doing in there that all 6 cars in the drive thru need to pull into a spot and wait. They also only take debit or credit 1/3 of the time. Idk if they also have tech issues along with efficiency ones but they are “only accepting” cash majority of the time. Lastly, you most certainly will not get your correct order. Like ever. The one up the road by the super centre is way better.

Got McCracken Burger....as usual tastes great. They have offers & possible to get it for $1 as well. Located near Durham College, Simcoe street on the intersection. 24 hours Drive through available. Polite staff and always a good experience. ?
