I ordered and egg and cheese on an English muffin and they added ham to my sandwich. I don't eat pork and this has happened a few times where I've specified no meat and they've added meat to my order. I have to throw a completely good sandwich away because of this.

This is how I got my sandwich.... I didn't even take a bite out of it because you could see the plastic sticking out. I don't even know how they didn't notice it.

This is the WORST McDonald's I have been to. I have had multiple poor experiences at this location. The service here is incredibly slow and inefficient. I was sitting at the speaker in the drive-thru for several minutes shortly after 9 pm tonight. Another car pulled up and had their ordered taken before mine. I became tired of waiting, so I parked and went into the store. There were about 10 people working, none of them doing anything of importance, one girl was drinking Tim Horton's... and it still took about 10 minutes for me to receive my order and I was the only person standing at the counter. The staff here need to be retrained. McDonald's has a history of being one of the best employers and this one is just not indicative of that, at all.

I'm lovin' it! Whoever was on Big Mac Duty tonight was on POINT. This was the nicest looking big Mac I've seen in at least 6 years. Keep it mc-goin mc-morbers!

During the night this location has extremely long wait times and no quality checks. I've prob gone to this location over 100 times over the years. 4 out 5 times they get your order wrong. Go to the harmony/Taunton location over this one. The foods hot, quick, and your not missing items you paid for. Uber eats sums up their service. The delivery price was jacked up $3 because this location is a money loss for them due to poor practices.

Went through the drive thru today. Horrible service. Said they were waiting on .y food told me to park and wait. Waited 15 minutes. Got fed up went inside and there's some kid reading the bags but being super slow. Asked for my meal and left. Get home, it was cold, soggy fries, and missing an item. Meanwhile the car and all the ones coming out of he drive thru got theirs before me. Terrible service. And it's not he first time from this location recently. I'll be going across the street to harvys from now on.

the absolute SLOWEST mcdonald’s in durham, not once will you get your food at the window and now they’ve started making you check your order when they bring it out to you because they mess it up so often. do not listen to the fake 5 star reviews to boost the stores rating, most definitely employees and management making them.

This McDonald’s used to be great but everytime my family has gone over the past year there always seems to be an issue. This time they didn’t even fill up the fries properly.

Don't go for take out, got the order wrong twice then they fixed it said the sauce was in the bag and nope it was not. Took a sip of a drink wasn't even the right one. Consistently getting worse it may just hit the same level of incapable people at Tim Hortons.

They struggled to understand one car could have two orders. They slammed the window on us as we were retelling our order to them after they asked us what we ordered. And now we just found a hair in our fries. Ugh.
