Great service with a smile. Annually I get a little bit of white bark for my Dad. It's a tradition that I constantly forget until I see the store. As with many things (due to covid), some items are hard to get, but as soon as it arrived, she (I'm so sorry I forget your name) called me, had it all packaged up like I requested and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. It's conveniently located near the backside entrance that says Oshawa Executive Center. Honestly, Laura Secord chocolate is the best.
We always enjoy our trip to Laura Secord, until today. If you expect patrons to follow your Covid protcols, at least have them clearly marked. As adults we don't need to be yelled at from across the store to sanitize our hands, thanks. The staff member was obnoxious about it. We santized, and came to pay and she was just as rude then. So much so I will not return if she is working.
What can I say! I love chocolate. And Laura Secord does an amazing job of providing excellent Chocolate. There is not much better than their Chocolate. Wait a minute maybe their Ice Cream is. If you have never tried Lars Secord's Ice cream do your self a favour and try it. Delicious. Located in Oshawa Shopping Centre.

My first experience wasn’t the greatest because of a very rude employee but I have changed my rating after shopping here a couple more times. New staff has been very nice and pleasant! They’ve been very helpful!
