Just bought a famous chicken sandwich combo and some hot wings from this store. The hot wings tasted so awful, the chicken has very bad and disgusting smell. I vomited right away after I had two pieces. ?Update: 20 minutes after I ate this, I had diarrhea.
This place for one customer service is just not apart of both manger and employee actions to their customers. So it leads me to think that the employees follow what they see their manners do smh Also it’s amazing to hear when asked a customer it seems like drive thur is first priority and the front of store means nothing to them the customer answer was yes. The lady said it’s always like this and the customer inside needs to wait. So you see this location it’s owner needs to improve the customer service in the front of the store by having managers lead by example. I am from Toronto and the KFC in Toronto the ones that I go to they care about their front and drive thur and they greet their customers This place when I called out for service the young lady came out to give a customer their food and up til now I waiting for the greeting SMH. This location should not get a one star it should be a 0
Super friendly staff, the right amount of seasoning and less oily than other locations.The only issue is that the drive thru exit does not loop back around to the parking lot. So sometimes if they're busy they ask you to wait in the plaza next door, which is a little narrow parking strip. Doesn't usually take long though, someone just brings your food over to your car.Also there's only one drive thru window, so don't accidentally go to the little red trimmed area thinking there's a second one like I did.
Omg !!! The worst chicken I’ve ever had. I really love the flavours of KFC but this tasted like burnt and smokey I actually feel sick (change your oil ) I’m done with KFC .I think it’s time for Mary browns !!
I picked up a bucket yesterday Feb 12th 230 pm 2022 and it was so dry and over cooked it wasn't edible. It was the worst take out food I have ever had. Don't risk getting g food here
Theres an odd smell, customer service needs improvement across the board. Might start with accurate and up-to-date information and training on customer service, it would help interactions with your "paychecks/customers" I believe you called it. Maybe people would be coming more into the store. Instead it's I'm NEVER going back to this store
If I could give a lower rating I would, if you call to make sure your order is still coming after a hour you are given a major attitude and then when they think the phone is hung up(which it wasn't) they proceeded to make fun of someone with a valid concern...not just myself also another person who was waiting a long time aswell. At the 2 hour mark the driver showed up when at that point the food had been cancelled for a half hour.
First time ever of all the years going to KFC on tauthan and simcoe street north was the worse ever. I ordered 10 piece meal no fries unless you ask for it. When I called to ask where it was. The gravy was like water, coleslaw was watery and gross. What the hell happened to the menu and a great meal. No more KFC for us going to MARY BROWN.
I've been there twice in the last 6 weeks. I was leary going back. The first time the chicken was over cooked but I figured I would give them a second chance, maybe someone was having a bad day. I went the second time and again the chicken was overcooked. It was so dry I couldn't eat it. There will not be a third time.
We arrived to pick up our order and were told they gave the chicken. To another customer and need to wait. Seriously? Food was late but super fresh, manager was accommodating
