We will never go back since they halved the chicken pieces and kept the price, as well as changed the coleslaw and gravy all without notice.

Order 5 chicken tender meals to go, get no napkins , no utensils, no ketchup, no dip for the tenders, no salt, no pepper. Also no answer when I try to call. Ill buy KFC again, but not from this location.

When in Oshawa this is our favourite KFC to go to. We find the stop or very knowledgeable and pleasant and easy to deal with here. We like going on any night of the week especially when they have their specials on. The store what is manager stands behind the quality of its food and they're always there to take care of your needs. The only issue we have is the parking as it is very little room to park any vehicles
Been ordering KFC here for years. Over at least 5 and it's always been good to me. So much that I know the delivery woman that works at this one! Great consistency with their popcorn chicken. Always my favourite!
Server/ cleaning person left cleaning tools beside the table where my wife and child were eating and hung a garbage bag off of another chair adds a collector for the dust pan. Unsanitary and disrespectful. Not to mention her humming, burping and knuckle cracking around us constantly. I'd rate 0 stars but that option doesn't exist yet.
