On the 28th of July, 2022 I placed an order for delivery. When the food got here, it looked disgusting. On top of that, the driver left without giving me my receipt. Since I used my credit card to place my order, I really needed my receipt. I have been making calls to The KFC Restaurant to try and get my receipt and they do not even have the decency to answer my call.
Something has changed since the last time we were there, and not for the better. Chicken was ok, tenders were ok, fries were soggy and undercooked and the popcorn chicken was gross as well. Just not worth the prices they're charging any more.
Not a good experience.This place used to be good.Could not understand the person taking the orders at the front, the three or so people working were not organized at all.Came home to eat , the potato salad tasted like mold, the gravy was clumpy , now I know why we eat KFC once a year ?.Thanks KFC
Got a call after making an online order that they couldn't be bothered making the chicken and that I had to call the call center to cancel. Called the call canter and they said I'd get my money back within 5 days. Try and avoid this place is my best advise.

Longest I've ever waited for a fast food meal in years. Fries were forgotten. The workers seemed to all have no clue what was going on and had to constantly tell each other what was going into bags. No organization. Ridiculous.
KFC is really getting to be so disappointing. Hubby and I ordered last night. The portions keep getting smaller, the prices keep increasing. The establishments continue to get more and more run down and dirty. Our order last night had long brown hair in three of the 5 items and the packages were terribly packed. Over 50 dollars for two people to eat. I tried calling the location and no one answered. The pop corn chicken was hot and fresh but disappointed to see hair wrapped through items and then could not eat them.
Worst chicken I've ever had! I have never seen such small portions, way over cooked, dry and has no flavor. Everything was gross, fries, biscuits and even the gravy. Something is really off with this location, such a waste of $45!!!
Caribbean KFC has more flavor somehow or I'm getting older. Either way there were no surprises. Same quality food, courteous efficient delivery. Good!
Easy to order and tasty food. Just need to organize things better so people aren't stuck waiting in line if they ordered ahead. My food sat there for 15 minutes when I could have gotten it home faster and still hot if they had 2 lines
