I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. The store was not too busy and the service was at a reasonable pace. Got their nacho apps, mushroom melt burger, and funnel cake fries. Definitely gave my stomach a run for its money. Keep it up Kelsey. 4/5

Great visit at this establishment a couple of weeks ago with Carlie at the Bar and Stephanie who served me and friends on the patio! She’s courteous and makes you feel welcomed!!! Then moved in to bar with Carlie at the helm who was awesome as well!!! Worked non-stop however still had the time for us for a few words of kindness!! Amazing visit which completes the bar!! Randy is a great bartender server as well with a cheerful greeting always!! Thumbs up to great service with second to none servers/bartenders/wait staff!!! Thank you all and I will see you again soon!!!

Since the pandemic, I’ve noticed quality of food and service go downhill. But this was a most pleasant experience…food was tasty and fresh. Service was phenomenal! Our server, Shannon, was personable, knowledgeable and super efficient.
Waited 10-15 min at table before having to go find someone to take our drink and food order. Order took forever to arrive (was only chicken tenders and sweet potato fries) and we had to ask someone to check on it for us. Forgot to bring sauce and had to find waitress to go get it. Sauce came and whatever this new chipotle sauce they have is awful! Tastes like seafood sauce. We have had issues here before but my dad wanted to come here for Fatherâs Day. Highly unlikely we will return to this location. Very disappointing!
We always have a great experience at this restaurant. We started coming here through Covid and got to know the amazing staff. Randy is an exceptional employee, super friendly, takes the time to chat for a few minutes even if it really busy, but still ensures that he tends to all the patrons. We usually stop by every couple of weeks and make sure we sit at the bar area to get him as our server. Great job, we really appreciate the amazing service. Thank you
Carly was an absolute charm! She was super attentive and ensured we were more than happy with everything end to end. Food was also amazing!! We were at the North Oshawa Kelsey’s and the food was fantastic, tasty and large portions. Hannah was our server and she was amazing! We highly recommend this Kelsey’s and ask for Hannah to be your server. She will ensure you have the best experience with the best options. Truly a great experience! Even our kids loved it!
This Kelsey’s didn’t have our Open Table reservation, we did get a table but no one came to take a drink order or anything for 15 minutes. The waitress wasn’t very friendly, she didn’t remove our dirty appetizer dishes until our meal came. The only time she was pleasant was when she brought our bill. The food was great but the prices are high for what you get. We won’t return to this location
