What a great experience. First time coming to Hardy John's a little bar tucked away in a plaza but WOW!! You have to try the Mutton rolls if you like spicy food they are totally authentic! Our server Amanda was going above and beyond making sure our food was great and did not miss a beat!
Great service, good food, and great for families. We went to Hardy John's Oshawa with 4 adults and 4 kids. They greeted us and sat us very quickly. They provided coloring papers and crayons for the kids. Kept the kids very busy. Burgers are very juicy, they are ground in house, the salads were good and kids meals were prepared fresh. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Amazing food better than any authentic Italian restaurant for our pasta. Service was great and staff was awesome, price is right and food was amazing. Even the appetizers were great and filling. Here's pictures to prove it. Alek
Great service. Food taste great. The drinks were awesome. We went after 9pm but they didn’t properly apply the discount. We told the server once she changed to bill but still missed discounting an item. It was awkward so we didn’t say anything cause the service was great. It would give your customers a better service if you honoured the pricing that advertised without being told. Otherwise I would have given 5/5.
First time attending this establishment. Definitely nicer inside compared to the area it's in. Great food, we shared 3-4 apps and all were delicious. The menu is quite diverse with plenty of options that all seem great!All staff members we interfaced with were extremely friendly and genuine. Great place for dinner, drinks and to watch your favourite sports team. Lots of TVs, including private ones in seated booths. We will mostly certainly be back!
We loved our experience here. Tried the garlic bread and mozzarella sticks for appetizers and Fish and Chips and Philly Cheese Steak for our meals. Everything tasted delicious. Our server, Jasmine, was absolutely AMAZING and so friendly. Will definitely return.
Had a great time yesterday! Hardy johns has excellent service and it’s so clean! My waitress Marwa was absolutely amazing, took my orders on time and helped me with everything I needed, and she was beautiful too! Make sure to give her a raise!
I go here at least once a week, usually after work. I LOVE this location. The environment is great, constant great music, great service from most servers. There is only one who me and others cannot stand. We usually try and avoid her anyway. John and CeCe are hands down the best servers I have ever had anywhere in Durham. They are always kind, friendly, understanding and giving me a wonderful experience. The kitchen staff I forget one of their names but they are super funny and kind. The security Corey is awesome. Try the purple love martini it’s magical looking and delicious, draft is crisp and cold, food is great in particular the butter chicken poutine . Thank you guys for always giving a great experience. New to the neighborhood and came here because we visited the Ajax location (which was good as well). Came here on a Sunday and was pleasantly helped by Netianna. Great value and great crispy bar food. We had a couple of the Sunday specials (wings and fries for $9.99!) kids ate off the kids menu which was good value as well. (The kids burger is an adult portion). Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.
Drove past this place and decided to come back after seeing their pics on Google. All dishes were amazing. Seafood linguini was full of seafood and had great taste. Wings were nice and big. Their samosas were thin skin and packed with beef flaky skin made then that much better. Owner came over to check the table to make sure we had a great experience. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. Great daily specials also!!
