Food here is tasty and we were happy to find it after they moved from five points mall years ago. The staff here are amazing. My elderly grandmother came here often when I was young to have someone to talk to, that spoke the same language as her. They were always welcoming and accommodating to her and I really appreciate that. She has since passed on but I'm glad the staff here still remember her. Great food and kind hearted people.
Waited an hour..paid almost $75...Food was COLD!! Not the first time it's happened.. next time the food will be returned.. If you have to stick it in the microwave to make it warm ...then what's the point?
Went to pick up food, food was cold, charged us more money then what the price was on there website. Food had a very weird taste, slimy and very cold. Will definitely never go back. Lady behind the counter was not friendly at all
Didn't try the food. But I can tell you didn't look fresh.. also cashier not following covid protocols. Not wearing gloves... using cash registers and cleaning surface/touching peoples food. Decided no thankyou
This was the best place ever to get Chinese food. Not sure whats happened. First time ever order was wrong (beef broccoli with no broccoli?) Requested sauces were wrong. Ordered 75 minutes prior to requested delivery time and it was still 30+ minutes late. All food cold. Delivery driver stated he could have been on time but was told to wait for other orders that were coming. Not sure we will buy again, sad really as this was my go to for years(15 +).
First time ordering take out. Everything was covered in a thick corn starch slim sauce. The noodles had clumps of slim in them. There was no flavor and overly slimy. Meat had a jello slim consistency. Only way to eat this was to wash the slim off and refry it with our own seasonings. Not worth the $90. Better off buying the ingredients from no frills and making your own.
Not worth the cost, you barely get any food for over $60. Hunan Chinese or New Century is way better for the cost!!!! I won't be back! Not to mention I waited over a half an hour for my food ordered at 4:15
Gooey and bland. Like eating slimy marshmellows.
Asked for pepered steak to be put on top on rice in my take out from the hit table. The lady refused an I got 3 peices of meat 1 slice of onion 1 slice of celery an 4 slices of green pepper, when I asked her if there was supposed to be more she said no thats all you get, an charged me 12$
Food tasted great. Klay the delivery guy was very polite and friendly and our food arrived in a fast manner and was still very hot.
