Found service welcoming and obliging. It's clean, great entertainment on a usual basis, and there's never a shortage of eye-candy in the multiple monitors The General offers to watch, especially with multiple channels playing. The quality of beer is worth the price, there's cheap pool in a semi-private area that opens up with a break for seating. A gambling machine can bring in wins that really do pay out a cash bonus if perhaps the person was lucky, and most often is a community of people avoiding the dramas of life, enjoying each other's company in celebratory fun, from each visit I've enjoyed, personally...The only criticism I'd give is the price of a regular pitcher, other than that, it's worth the friendly price!!!
Great place for a cold drink and live entertainment the staff is very friendly also.
Cant really say anything since I didnt eat their food or did I drink any alcohol. The washroom is terrible, the pub itself was small and very run down looking. The people at the bar look like all locals. I only had an ice tea but that had an long hair in it. If I have other options I will never come back to this place.
This is no longer the former glorious Thirsty Monk but just a shell of what use to be amazing establishment. The food is disgusting and extremely overpriced along with the drinks. Numerous. Cockroach issues throughout the past few years.The only thing that's half decent is the staff.Other than that, avoid this place at all costs!!!

Went a few years ago late and almost got stabbed. I guess that’s just the Shwa so whatever. Very low quality clientele after 10 pm on weekends. I never had the food so that could be good so I’ll credit an extra star, but I mean I would probably go north a little if you want to feel safe.
This place has gone down hill so fast. They need new ownership. Revamp the bar!!
Here is the second edition of the owner of this bar treats his employees like crap. Bobby has worked there for years and literally kept the bar a float. he went on one vacation in YEARS after sticking with Suresh and his bs to come home to Suresh having a hissy fit and treating him like dirt. saying awful things for no good reason other than he probably realized how lucky he had it with Bobby in 6 nights a week. Bobby closed the till and walked out that night and asked for an apology and a proper schedule he wouldn't provide to come back. fast forward to today where Suresh is being equally as horrible and now threatening to put on Bobby's documents that he quit when it literally was not the case at all. he removed himself from employee harassment and is now being threatened with fraudulent documents. Hope the labor board has your butt Suresh. Grow the heck up and treat people who have literally gave you their all, how they should be treated. shame on youuuu.
