Have not been to East Side Mario’s in years. My expectations were on the fence for a chain restaurant. My friend has severe celiac disease so we were suspect. They produced an extensive gluten free menu. We both had a pasta dish that was hot, flavourful and ample. But the best part of our meal was a delightful young lady named Laura who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was pleasant, friendly. attentive to my friends gluten allergy to the extent of putting my bread no where near her. If you could have her train your staff you would be golden. One of the best dining experiences we have had on our biweekly movie night.
I ordered the chicken Milano.. Chicken was dry and I couldn't even cut it and the potatoes weren't cooked.Never again..
The food was delightfully delicious. It was amazing. Everything was on point. Our server, Alice, she was very proactive and prompt. I loved the food. My friend also loved hers. I had the lasagna, with a side of Italian wedding soup. My friend ordered the Carbanara with the Italian wedding soup as well. We had sliders for appetizers and cheese cake for dessert.This business has my vote of confidence any time, any day. You can tell that I'm a foodie, the food here really impressed my taste buds.
I don't thick the chicken parmigiana is as good as it used to be but hey, that could just be me. HOWEVER our server Eric was great ! Truly a nice guy and even though he tried to up-sell us on everything from drinks to dessert ( which is what he is supposed to do ) we did not mind at all ! Had a great time during our lunch. We will definitely be going back. Thanks.
The experience was okkkkkk reason being I have an allergic reaction to oranges I asked please no drinks with orange in it.. What happens I get my lovely beautiful great tasting purple drink (I don't even remember the name but it was goooood little bursting bubbles at the bottom with black and blue berries) with an orange peel garnish??♂️??♂️??♂️ shrimp noodles amazing pizza amazing parmesan chicken wings waay too much seasoning could not enjoy that at all (tossed those in the garbage) I would return just for my waitress she went over and beyond to make our visit comfortable but she was fairly new too so I understood her having to ask other workers what was or wasn't available but overall we had a good time the seating is so comforting.Hopefully see you all soon!!
Friendly staff, our server's namewas Aaron quick and good service , no wait time... food isalways good, lots of choices to choose from. Clean establishment......one of our family's. favourite restaurants to go to........
Staff of harmony taunton Branch are very rude. Even manager has no sense to talk. Manager is very unethical and unprofesional. God knows how he got this position. Cant belive anyone of this position can abuse to people, those people who go this place with hope of better service but they are abused by manager. East Side Marios management seems like kept him there juat to abuse people. Such a shame to company
My husband took our kids out for dinner last weekend and everything was great! from the 2 young hosts who got my girls to eat their meals (THANK YOU!), to my server, to the cooks who made good food and the people cleaning up after all of us. It is nice to finally see restaurants back up and running again!
I can't belive these restraunt sites that can't even put a proper readable menu on there web page! Just a picture someone took and posted, swiss has a picture from the 80s wth?
Ordered the Chicken Parm. It was the best I ever had. I think they changed the recipe. 5 stars.
