VERY DISAPPOINTED!!AVOID ORDERING FROM AT ALL COSTS....YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AS WELL!!When I entered the store the person who I assume is the owner was behind the counter cooking and never acknowledged my being there.....not too bothered by this as he was cooking. After about 2 minutes he finally asked if I was there to pick-up and I told him I had not ordered yet. His reply was "What do you want?" almost getting the feel that I was annoying him by being there!As I started telling him my order he turned his back on me and continued on the grill.....didn't know if I should continue telling him my order. When it was ready he did not even say thanks or have a good day, just said one word as he put the carry-out on the counter "Yours"The service was exceptionally bad and hoping the food was better.....but.....no, not much better. I was ordering for 3 and my order contained a gyro on a pita.....wanted to tell him what I wanted on it but never had a chance. The gyro was mainly a salad in a pita with a few pieces of gyro meat on top. You would think if it was gyro on pita then gyro would be the star and maybe even have courtesy of ordering toppings that I wanted on it.Very rude and food subpar for the priceIf you are looking for Greek food....look elsewhere!!!One star is probably one too many!!
I can definitely confirm that this place has officially gone downhill. I usually order large dinners when I have guests over and my last experience was extremely poor. I called in my order. The guy answering on the phone was hard to understand and sounded like he was busy working and just wanted to get me off the phone. I had to call several times to make sure they'd have my order ready. Not sure if there's a language barrier here that makes them come off as being rude but they barely acknowledge you when you pickup or pay. I also found the food was just okay. The pork souvlaki was kind of bland and the rice didn't seem to be cooked like greek rice. I won't be repeating again and looking for a new Greek restaurant.
I have ordered from here in the past and it was good, but today they forgot the tzaziki dip for the “tzaziki dip appetizer” and only gave me bread with no dip….. also my gyros wrap only had 4 tiny pieces of gyro in it and it was mostly just lettuce and onions. Disappointed that the quality of food was not good this time. Give me the full order I paid for next time please.
My wife and I ordered for the first time based on the high rating on Google reviews they must have many friends writing fakes reviews because this was not good at all. Food took close to two hours to show up and when it did it was completely cold. We realized right away that we were missing tzatziki we paid for a larger quantity and got the smallest little container they have. We also noticed the calamari was not fresh smelling at all! After heating it up in the microwave we realize right away after the first few bites this was not fresh and it had almost like a sour taste. To say we were disappointed is an understatement I would avoid and look somewhere else for real “Delicious Greek”.
Always order from here through Skip. Delicious, fresh, and authentic. I don’t know about the customer service side because I’ve never called and I see bad reviews for that aspect but the food has always been great.
Very odd to go into a convenience store in order to get your Greek food. However the food was very good, really enjoyed the rice and potatoes.
Poor customer service. Heard from several people that the food was good for the value. I called for the first time to place an order and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I would rather take business elsewhere with consistently great customer service.
Food tastes great, prices are fair and they are quick. Cash or debt only and they only do takeout.
I ordered a Greek Salad. As the salad was for later I asked if I could get the dressing on the side rather than on the salad. When I got home and looked at the bill she had charged me $2.50 for the dressing. Not extra dressing the dressing for the salad. I called and was told the owners made them charge for the container, not her choice. She is an owner!! I wish there was a zero star option.
Bought a dinner for 10.Only cost me 100 bucks.Fed all of us with a little left over.Food was really good.Will be back there for sure.Everything was good from food to packaging and you can't beat the price.One of the best Greek food spots around !!!
