Had an amazing ice cream cake for my boyfriends birthday. We put it in our freezer when we got home and took it out at dessert time, it was so soft to cut and still frozen, wasn’t hard as a rock! We got the cookies and cream on July 1st, 2022. His birthday.Shoutout to the team member who wrote troy so beautiful on the cake and the cashier who helped me decide! Best customer service ever.
Bad neighborhood, be careful when leaving your car. The service is also fairly bad as well, they don't even mix there blizzards, so mix it yourself!
Ordered a cake for kids birthday online and whoever made that cake did an excellent job.Service was great although it was busy.
$61 for three chicken strip meals and two blizzards! Strips were half the size they used to be, three quaters the amount of french fries and the were half cooked. Very disappointing and i passed 6-7 other take out places.Wont go back!
Got a delivery order through Skip, for the first time in a long time all my items were there!! Everything was hot, only took about 15 min and it was a pretty big order and I’m 7 min away. Requested free DQ sandwiches be Substituted for Dilly Bars and they did it no problem. Only suggestion is to get some dome lids for the blizzards, every single time, I’m mopping up overflowing cups because the iced cream gets squished down from the regular pop lids
paid for all vanilla ice cream cake with blue siding and blue frosting, only received blue frosting
Great service and great food but online (google and dairy queen website) says you close at 10:30. Very upsetting to drive all the way here just to find out they close at 10. There was 3 people standing outside trying to get in. Maybe change your hours online???
ALL of the stuff tonight were great. it was busy and they didn't miss a beat. The young man training was pleasant and accurate.
Ordered thru uber eats and they missed one of the meals… called and told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to call uber… uber eats refunded me the cost if the meal but if I reordered thru uber, I would have to pay the fees again… oh well no dinner for me tonight…Update-DQ Fan Relations Response: "Thank you for contacting Dairy Queen Canada (DQC) regarding the delivery order you placed.I am very sorry to learn about your experience!
