1st time eating at Chasers Bar & Grill. The food was absolutely amazing. Great portions, great value. Courtney was our waitress. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, on the ball, great to talk to as well. Keep up the great work, we will definitely be back.
Worst service Ever !!!!!My wife and I were greeted and told to sit down, Tables we’re all Dirty… and we’re never cleaned at any time that we were there…even though we had asked them to.After the waitress served our Meal…. The waitress did not come by once… the place was dead and not busy…We had to get our own condiments.And after we finished our meal, 25 minutes went by, No sign of our waitress….so we had to ask the manager…”Can we please see the waitress “ ????she finally showed up….he never apologized whatsoever ….we said we just wanted dessert…The manager proceeded to tell our waitress..and then she wasn’t seen for another 15 min… so since she first served us initially was a total of 40 minutes until she finally showed up again…Her excuse was…I was just cleaning up in the back….We told her, we changed our mind and didn’t want dessert… just wanted our bill….We we’re so upset…we were tempted to just walk out of there, and Believe me they wouldn’t of even noticed!!We wanted our Bill and to get the heck out of there.No tip was given….worst service I have experienced in 54 years at any restaurant.I guarantee my wife and I will never be back again !!!!
Terrible service. The tables were dirty when we came in. The waitress commented that she didn't know how they were dirty, she had cleaned them. She said she would and never did. That was the first clue that we should have left. My vegetables were soaked in butter and so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. The steak tasted like grease as if it was deep fried. Had to get our own condiments, waitress never came by once. I kept putting my hand up it was ignored. The manger, I'm assuming, he never said but seemed to be; came by the table behind us several times talked to and kept bringing things to that table. I attempted to get his attention it took several tries for him to come over. We were two of six people in the restaurant. We told him that we were waiting 25 minutes to get the bill or see a waitress. He asked another server who was serving us, no apologies or any comment was made by him. At this point I was ready to get up and leave without paying. It took another 10 minutes for her to come back and clear the table. We paid the bill and left. That was not our first time there, it was half descent food and service before. It certainly is my last time going there or ordering from there.
Best bar in Oshawa hands down. Shoutout to Lisa the bartender, great service. First time there but felt like I was a regular.Also appreciate the girl that said she liked my sweater.10/10 recommend it strongly
Absolutely great service all around. The ability for Courtney to handle such a large crowd at once, to take large orders and get the food out in a timely manner really goes above and beyond what I was expecting. Great job to the newish manager Kevin as well for paving a path of what Chasers Bar and Grill should have been all this time. I look forward to coming here again!Also, pulled pork poutine, get it! Best I've had since I've been in Canada. You guys rock!!
I have been organizing regular events at this location for 9 years and Chasers has always provided fantastic service for our OshawaFurs group.The staff are always friendly, the kitchen is quick to get orders out and the managers have been accommodating.We came back after a 2yr COVID hiatus and were delighted to find that the new owner Kevin had put money and time into sprucing the place up again. Our server Courtney was WAY COOL and kept up with all 28 of us on her own, not missing a single thing.Thanks guys! Expect to see us around for good :)
The staff and security were so amazing here i can't tell you enough what a great night me and my friends had. Music was amazing, vibe was so chill and the guy we met who runs the place was hilarious. He made us feel like we should always be there and now I want to be. New to town and will be back here all the time. *****
Good food, but by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. The waitress "Sonya" couldn't take our order for at LEAST 25 min due to her "not being able to find a pen" but we saw her chatting across the restaurant. Once we actually GET our food we ask for buffalo sauce and she says "one moment" and 30 mins later we aren't eating our food because we don't have the SAUCE and we see her walk by and say "one moment" yet again. NEXT I ask for some more marinara sauce on the side and she gives it to me COLD. She brings a sprite to our table for no reason, we ask for the bill and she goes and comes back 15 min later asking if WE WANT THE BILL! and mixes up the bills where I paid for my FRIENDS drink. We were there for more than 2 hours because of a waitress that does not take her job seriously.
This is my new favorite place. Great place for life entertainment- great food, great price and clean environment. I was here with my ladies on Saturday night, our 1st mommy's outting since the pandemic. I am so happy a jewel like this place exist in my neighborhood. We ordered drinks and danced the night away. The Dj knew his music and he rocked the place with diversified music, especially dancehall musics. We were planning our next visit before we left. I will recommend this place to all my friends, family and anyone looking for great time and awesome food
What a great night the best bar around. Staff was amazing the night was non stop entertainment. They do everything to make sure you feel like part of the team. They dealt with some idiots and handled it without making it worse. I love this bar. Foods the best. They do it all. Chasers appreciates everyone of us!!! Be back tomorrow :)
