The food is good.My fav is the double maple bbq burger.Love the place.Quick service through the driveway.I gave it four stars because I once ordered a maple barbecue burger and was charged for a combo meal when all I got was a burger. Maybe they put it there by accident. Regardless, I paid for something that I did not obtain.Would recommend this to anyone.
Here's what's wrong with this place:1. Drive thru speaker is fuzzy and hard to hear... get a technician to fix it. Asap.2. Drive thru menu advertises items they don't have... update it. Often. So it reflects your current available items.3. Manager Supree is rude and aggressive with both her staff and customers... retrain or just fire her as she doesn't listen to customers but instead yells over them to drown out their complaints. Had a yelling match with her after her employee admitted to me that she mistreats them by verbally abusing them. Witnessed this for myself as she yelled at both my husband and I because we had difficulty hearing her through the crackly drive thru speaker and reordered a few times as literally everything we wanted that was advertised on the drive thru menu was not actually available. SHE became frustrated with us and screamed at us through the speaker then denied doing so at the window when we demanded an apology for her behaviour towards us. We paid for our $61 order, but we won't be going back there again. If the district manager is smart, they'll get rid of Supree before losing other good paying customers and hard working staff.
They have been consistently messing up orders forgetting items. Every time we go we have to keep a close eye out for no mistakes and keep our eyes out for how long it takes as it’s often 30-40 mins for fast food. Ordered from skip once ( and last time) missing 3 items. Skip driver blames restaurant, restaurant blames driver. No accountability!!
Jesus Christ Burger King,how long do you keep buns around that the pumped full of preservatives can actually develop mold... Good job.
Used the mobile order for the first time, pick up time was 6:01pm arrived at 5:55 to find they hadn't even started the order. Waited 35 minutes for fast food, what a joke. There was no urgency, when they finally realized their mistake. Other people came and went who ordered upon arrival, useless.The manager was useless too. Absolutely disappointing. Shame there is no option for less thanstars zero
Its a regular Burger King, nothing special however wait times are decent and they are nicely organized. They never made a mistake about my order and quality is standard solid. What i expect is what i get.
I am not a big Burger King fan as I do not like their food, but the reason I am still giving 4/5 stars is because even though their food is gross, the employees at this location are very nice. The only complaint is that the drive through is sometimes slow.
I've always loved Burger King's burgers and they did a fantastic job with them. The only big issue is that they forgot the extra jalapeno bites and gave us cheese sticks instead. We decided to deal with it. The poutine I feel as most fast food restaurants was kind of poor. The gravy tastes like a cheap canned gravy. I do enjoy their fries though. The Onion rings were okay another thing I could expect to be a little better but not much to expect I suppose from a fast food restaurant. The jalapeno bites were actually good as well as the cheese sticks I've never found these things different from any other place. Hey if you want a good burger I totally recommend with a side is always good and it's a great place for a quick bite.
4 times all order were messed up in a row hows that possible... 2 with skip the dishes and 2 for pick up. This is the fourth and last time I'll be going there!!!Good thing I went in person again on this last time. Of course they forgot one piece to my oder good thing I looked again, but the best part I got my sandwich they forgot I got home looking forward to eat it guess what they forgot all the toppings lol lol. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive they at 9:55pm with only one car ahead of me and I didn’t get my food until 13 minutes later. There must have been 6 people working behind the counter. My order was 2 burgers and 2 fries. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Not really FAST food.UPDATE: just got home and they forgot part of my order
