I usually don’t have complaints about restaurants. Burger King is my favourite restaurant and has been 5 stars rating for years but service here lately has gone down hill.Today we went and did dine-in and the food was barely warm (except for the fries; they were hot), there was no AC or if there was it was very low, no ice in the coke machine and the buns I got for my 2 Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches were hard (probably a bit stale). We went in at 1pm with no lineup.Ordering using Skip or Uber Eats has had the same problem where the food is barely warm to start and by the time it gets here is cold.This is the only location we eat from but may switch because of how downhill this location has been lately.

They seem to be out of things very often. No whoppers, no spoons, no caramel sauce for the ice cream.When they do have stock or no issues, the burgers are decent

I know this is a fast food place but holy, the teenagers running the place are rude and miserable. I had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 whoppers and then was told that I lied about waiting so long. They need a manager, it's run by kids.

This location never fails to disappoint. So I order a combo at the drive through at 1am. There are 3 cars ahead of me, 30 minute wait time!!!! I finally get my combo and realized i forgot to grab my drink as I'm losing my mind to wait so long.., so after I drive one car length away and realized I forgot my drink..., I get out and ask the lady there with glasses I forgot to grab my drink, she says she knows, and get this everyone, in order for me to get it, I have to go through the drive thru again!!! I can't believe she said that to me!!! it would have been much faster for me to put my own frozen patty on my foreman grill!! This is a phone call to head office next business day, I assure you!!

The service has become so bad it seems they can't even keep employees at this restaurant. The other day I went to get take and they had closed the dining room due to lack of staff. I didn't have a car so couldn't use the drive thru. This was totally unacceptable. Tim Horton's right next door got my business instead. Service from Tim's was great.

Went for my monthly Wednesday whopper, a few days ago. Although the back kitchen messed up my toppings. As I go back through drive-through. This lovely kind effiecent employee Stacy fixed my issue, super forgiving and took as much time to make sure I left as happy as I could be. Seems like the issues your location has with staffing. Sounds like someone is owed a thank you and promotion. This is why you deserve a five star. For your five star employee.

Manager was understanding. I didn’t get my burger fresh at first and asked for a fresh one instead he changed it and gave me a fresh one.

The staff was so nice and prepared your order while making sure that it was correct. I placed a mobile order and those in my experience don't always turn out amazing but this place ensured quality came first. I ordered a whopper junior and veggie burger meal. Very good stuff. The fries are a must have because they have a really good texture which is unique to burger king. The next time I go I want to try the cheddar jalapeno poppers meal with fries.

Not open 24 hours, boss let employees close out early, cancelling my order

25 bucks for something that went right in the garbage...stay away from ritson and Taunton burger king
