A nice clean place. Staff were friendly and smiling. We ordered the machine burger and a cheeseburger in a combo. It was delicious and filling, we even got a student discount.
Good food and friendly staff. Enjoyed eating here yesterday. I found the Juicy Lucy to be a bit bland flavour wise but still not too bad. The chicken tenders and fries were pretty decent. The funnel cake was nice and crispy. I just wish they also had juice choices for drinks instead of just pop and Gatorade.

Fresh meat would be a great change. I've seen my frozen food going in oil. Not impressed. Many restaurants they buy the meat fresh from chicken to beef and cook it and marinate it etc. I've seen my chicken burger strips going from chicken plastic bag like the one I get from Costco straight to oil. Make a change to be unique and food would taste 100 times better if it was fresh.
First visit and Tried the Juicy Lucy on Fire with Tornado fries, the food didnt live up to the hype as flavours were okay overall and pricey for what you get. Staff on till was very patient and nice explaining their popular items. For the price point, thought the portion was somewhat small and taste profile average in contrast to what one would expect from a 'Burger' spot.Less likely to try other things as we ordered what was best according to staff
Why doesn't my burger look as nice as anyone else's picture? I got a mouthful of salt in one bite of the burger which was a little unexpected on a veggie burger, the rest was okay but the person who ordered asked for pickles and lettuce and the toppings weren't proportional to the burger. I mean even Wendy's little burgers have 4 slices of pickles for far less money so I can't understand why the toppings were so stingy. I took these two photos right after unwrapping it. Can't even see the lettuce in the photo.In all honesty I can't recommend this place for the price I feel like we got ripped off. Service time was brutal too for a $30 order.
The beef burger was OK. The vegetarian burger very salty on one side. I asked for pickles and lettuce there was hardly any on the burgers the fries were dried and not cooked and the onion rings were not cooked enough. I am going to chucks roadhouse next time I want a great burger.
Burgers were fantastic, fries were good but could have used a bit more salt. Onion rings were very hard, we couldn't even take a bite. Would definitely go back for burgers.
Our family gave Burger Factory a try for the 1st time and they didnt disappoint! Absolutely love the food. We tried 4 different burger, oreo milkshake , funnel cake fires and more food. All was perfection. Also love the staff and the friendliness. Would like to give Rupi a shout out for great service and food!!Will be coming back again. ?
