Awesome Burgers - cooked to perfection! Fresh NEVER frozen. (even the bun was perfect) Home Cut Fries are probably the best I ever had- VERY CRISPY and Delicious (not soggy or mushy at all). This place takes pride in food quality. 100% going back!

Amazing burgers and menu. Hands down my favorite burger joint and best burgers in my opinion. Lean, fresh, well spiced and perfectly cooked. The buns and toppings are done right, too. I woulda taken pictures of my double cheeseburger just now, but it didn't last long enough. The cost is a bit more than average, but the portion and quality are too. I only wish they weren't so far for me. I hope they open more locations and maintain their high standards. Thanks for the great food and great service BRGRS team!
I have eaten from this place about 3 times before today. The other 3 times the food was pretty good. Don't know what happened today but the burger for my mom was very dry. The fries were burnt and that's all you tasted with each one. The onion rings were just the same. Burnt. The salad and chicken was good but seemed to have less chicken. The lentil soup was slightly overpowering. Not sure what's happening here but I am now deterred from going back. So disappointed.
I am SO glad I tried this place on a whim! Their burgers are fantastic and HUGE! I got the Five Alarm burger with added bacon and cheese and it was heavenly!!! We also ordered onion rings and fries and both were fantastic! So flavourful and crispy! The service is excellent too, very friendly people working there and surprisingly super fast with the orders!! I thought my order was going to take longer as there were people waiting ahead of me and our order was big, but nope, it was very quick! Will definitely be back!
Very good quality tasty classic Burger place ? something different than other burger joints ? clean environment nicely decorated friendly staff,really enjoyed it.
After hearing so many rave reviews about this place we decided to finally give it a try.We ordered online for pick up and the food was ready when I was told it would be. The woman working frontline was extremely friendly and welcoming. Top notch customer service, hence the 4 star rating.The fries and poutine were good. However, one of our singles with cheese was missing the cheese and my veggie burger was so burnt it tasted like charcoal (see pic). Definitely not worth the $67 I paid. Very disappointing. Probably won't be back.
New BRGRS Restaurant in Oshawa is pretty good.Little pricey in my opinion but food was delicious.
Food was pretty good, excellent patty, nice seasoning, sides pretty good, not a great portion considering it was almost 70$ for 3 combos, might try again, but value isn't great, good food though
Truly unique and delicious burgers, great poutine and amazing people there
