I ordered 2 meals. Both sandwiches the meat and cheese were cold. I called to get this fixed. Manger asked for proof. I said your staff never gave me anything. But my bag of food. I said. I can show you on my credit card I was just there. And bought 2 meals. That wasn't good enough. They just stole my money. Avoid
We were hungry and on our way home from the dentist and decided to stop for Arby's ad we haven't had it in awhile. Roast Beef was devine as always and the cheese sticks and fries were awesome
This is the only place I know in the Durham Region that has curly fries and melted cheddar cheese. No one else does but I'm guessing that's because Arby's kills the competition! I'm very biased to curly fries... that being said, they lose a star here because on some days I get the curly fries only 2/3 of the way filled... you've already recently increased the price of the fries so don't be stingy please! Also you know what goes really well with curly fries? Some mozzarella sticks, and they again nail these! I've also tried their shakes and I gotta say those are worth getting! The only thing I wish was better is the time it takes to prepare the order during drivethrough. I'm guessing that's most likely due to the limitation of their equipment which is possibly due to the limitation of their kitchen size. Hope this location gets bigger so they can grow their kitchen size and be able to prepare multiple drivethrough orders simultaneously! I also hope they start experimenting with more seasonal shakes!
Arby's has the meats but Arby's is also just meh.I recently visited an Arby's location after having not had their food in about 10 years and I was a little dissatisfied.The roast beef was not how I remembered it and it had this texture about it as I chewed that I didn't enjoy. Made me feel like they for sure add in the strangest preservatives to make the food last longer. I swear I could feel it as I chewed through my meal.The curly fries were good. Better than I actually remember.While we were there we also ordered an orange creamsicle milkshake and it was great. You could really taste the orange flavouring.The price was a little steep. But I'm noticing that is everywhere nowadays. Still feel like I paid a little too much for Arby's.
Arby’s is always a treat and a refreshing change in a sea of Tim Hortons and McDonalds. Very friendly staff and amazing food, great job! Would have added a picture… but the foods all gone.
Worth the 45 minute drive to Oshawa. The staff are friendly and patient. The curly fries are always fresh never stale. The sandwiches continue to be delicious. I hope Arby's sticks around and that they reopen more stores.
Arby's is a rare visit for me. Seating is adequate, if old. Food is good. Service was excellent and quick . The only fast food restaurant I've been in where they come by and ask if "everything is alright".
Great fish sandwiches and Awesome curly fries great service BUT THE TARTER SAUCE WAS TOO TANGY AND TO MUCH ON THE SANDWICHES PLEASE SND KINDLY TRY USING HALF OF THE SAUCE ON THE FISH SANDWICHES. THANK YOU . I would have given 5 stars but did otherwise .
I asked for Arby's sauce at the speaker, then they asked what sauce I wanted at the window and I said Arby's sauce...not a single packet in the bag. drove 20 mins home to realize. NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I will not be going back. What is the point in asking if your not going to do it...terrible service every time I go
While this locations generally produces great food. Out of the several times I have made an order here they totally screwed up one order and gave us the wrong combos. Everytime, they never give enough arby's sauce. We just ordered four combos and I specifically asked for 8, EIGHT, arby's sauces for 4 combos! I got 3! This isn't the first time this has happened. If there is a limit tell your customers, I would of paid the small difference for the correct number of sauces. Rather than being disappointed while driving home and realizing I've been cheated out on sauce for a $40+ order!
