I showed up in my truck that foes not fit in drive threw. I walked to the door as I did the employee that was by the door started to shake his head left to right (implying no) so I walked away after the employee tried to yell to me that they where open but unfortunately first impressions are key. Do better.
Service was BACKED UP and we waited a long time for a simple order... and it was still wrong. It could have just been an off day. The staff seemed friendly enough. Very cramped and rushed atmosphere... and yet the rushing seemed to be pointless because they weren't moving very fast!!
Had the spicy chicken sandwich today. It was tasty with a bit of a bite. Could use some fresh jalapenos to spice it up a bit, but still tasty
Neither of the 2 Wendy's in Orleans have dine in eating due to a lack of staff, only drive through. Not very convenient if you're not driving. The signs at both locations are rather aged so this is not a temporary thing I don't think.
I usually love Wendy's but this particular one you could only go through the drive-thru because they didn't have enough staff members. I was very upset because I ordered my burger without any sauce on it and when I got home which was about a 45 minute drive away I realized they put sauce on it I guess I should have listened to my parents when they said always check your food before you leave the drive-thru. LOL. I called them and they said you could always drive back and we will replace your burger but was it worth the $40 in gas?
Been here few times over the years i can honestly say each and every single visit is nothing short of rude disrespectful service from the youth staff working.I have surmised its a problem of management to allow this treatment of customers in such a manner.Today i waz overcharged and I wouldnt dare return to be mistreated even more than I was at my intitial visit.I will be emailing head office.I know its not a franchise issue becuz in the south end or the conroy store the staff are very friendly.
I’ll give a better rating when they reopen the dining room. “Staffing shortages” isn’t an excuse to screw over prospective customers who don’t have the luxury of owning a car, without giving us the courtesy of at least updating their online information to reflect the closure of the dining room.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service took 30 minutes to cook two hamburgers. Why call it fast food if it took 30 minutes to receive my order? If I wanted a burger that will take more than 30 minutes I’d order to a sit down restaurant. After waiting over 30 minutes, they gave us one burger and we ordered two!!!!!! How hard it get to get a proper order in a drive thru?
I used to live in Orleans for about 4 years & sadly never once stopped here to eat.Fast forward..I’m in the area doing a foundation repair job when my buddy suggested we go to Wendy’s for lunch.I’ve eaten at so many fast food restaurants & also experienced so many different levels of customer service.I truly love this place & the employees, Friendly & helpful. Most importantly great Burger ??Unfortunately I totally forgot to take a picture but I definitely will next time.Thanks for the amazing experience Wendy’s. I’m definitely a customer here.
They are so nice, efficient and I made a point to let the front line person know. They are great and doing their best, always super friendly.
