Honestly you you banana faces I was expecting better I was expecting better from this from this rest from this fast food I don't know I can't talk but this fast food restaurant I expected better this is really nice this is not good for your your your business honestly and the tables are really really dirty have fun and the floors are like weird like do better and the service is absolutely atrocious you are all banana faces I would rather a capybara eat my hand instead of being here okay okay thank you very much I mean not too much because you are very bad okay
This tim hortons is awful, they wont let me do two separate orders because it slows down drive through? This is the perfect example of why these people font deserve higher minimum wage, they cant manage multitasking stay in mommy and daddy’s basement and off the work force

I’m a regular at this location; no longer after a very disappointing experience with manager on duty by the name of Rana - an extremely rude individual who does not know how to treat her employees, and has no client service or conflict resolution skills.

They have everyone on driver through and almost anyone on the counters. Plus they have messed up making a triple triple
Wiring this review as I sit in the drive through, in park where the line hasn't moved in over 15 minutes. I haven't even had the chance to order yet to tell you about the food, however will update if that goes wrong too. What a horrible location.
I think it is the best tim hortons I visited so far . The staff at the window is very friendly, I never got my order wrong nor i missed anything in my stuff. Best service Keep it up guys 👍
Worst Tim's in Ottawa. It's always slow, staff are not friendly. Gave me a donut that had parchment stuck to the icy that peeled all the icing off.
This location has to be the worst in the city. There's so many people working at one time yet the drive through is always backed up and moves so slow. Even when they close the inside, which is a lot, the drive through is still slow. Their employees stand outside right beside the drive through to smoke. If I didn't live right next door I would never go back there. Maybe they should stop putting one on every corner and focus on running the ones they have properly.
