Called to cancel my online order, I heard the owner in the background tell her employee to hang up on me. Unfit owner and is a stain on the Subway name.
Today Nov 13th at 5:15pm. Two girls working there clearly annoyed with their job. I was the only one in line and they asked what I wanted. I was looking at the menu trying to decide and they lolled at each other and smiled like I was being some nuisance. Then I asked for 6 inch. She gave me foot long. So I reminded her 6 in. She cut it like 4 inches. Gave me the 4 inch side. Then when I asked for a little bbq sauce she gave me lots of bbq sauce. They answered anything I said With an annoyed tone and like they were tired and just fed up. They were really annoyed with me and I have no idea. Clearly having a bad day at subway. Hopefully management see’s this and talks to them about not taking their bad day out on the innocent. I was very gracious and ignored all their attempts to horrible customer service. I took the high road but man it hurt to be treated badly for no reason.
Not going there again.I asked for spinach, the lady put 2 leaves. Asked for more, she put another 2 lol. I asked for a lot of veggies, she said she wont be able to close the wrap.Keep being cheap that way, and you will lose customers. Peace!!!

Ordered through skip the dishes and they sent me the entirely wrong order heavy in sauce that I did not ask for and loads of onions I did not ask for, not impressed with this Subway, not the first time they made the wrong order and sent it. This time contacting manager as my kids refuse to eat this and I don't blame them. Skip was great no issues with them just this particular Subway
All I wanted was a vegetarian wrap and the guy put the bread in the bacon container so I asked for another one then he told me to leave very rudely.
Love the place, the employees are kind and quick. They do their job right and I always come back home with my sub satisfied. Glad to see you guys are still up and running during this pandemic, keep up the good work! :)
