Always have 5-6 people working, but always waiting 15 minutes for a cup of dark roast
OMG! This has got be the slowest and most inefficient location that I’ve been to in a while. 4 staff working 4 people in line and 15 minutes for a passion fruit lemonade. Crazy! Staff were friendly though.
I live in the area so I go here quite often and the wait time is always long. There is never a sense of urgency or care from the staff. I was just there earlier to pick up 2 drinks I had ordered ahead of time and someone was working in high heel boots taking her sweet time to grind/brew fresh coffee for 5 minutes. Turns out she had my coffee just decided to make me wait while doing her work. Hoping a review will bring some positive change.
Simple Starbucks. Convenient after book shopping. Not a lot of sitting room.
Don't know where they find all these great people when they hire staff ?
Brought my puppy in for a puppacino on a 30+ degree summer day (I stood in the back with him in my arms while my girlfriend ordered) and the girl at the counter asked us to leave. Surprising from a company that's usually dog-friendly. We don't visit this location anymore
The staff at this Starbucks location are second to none. Great service and special shout out to Destiny, rocking that starbucks apron and smile. Keep it up and pls go train the metcalf location lol

Running craaaaaazy slow. It shouldn't take 15 minutes just to order a coffee and the wait for said coffee.
