This is my favourite location in the area. The staff here are always friendly (unlike the one closer to my home), welcoming and are always willing to suggest different drinks. I will always come to this location, even if it means a longer drive. The service is quick and reliable.
The two employees were so warm and welcoming, cashing out was a breeze and the drinks I ordered were made perfectly! 10/10 best service I've experienced to date
Asked for a super creamy coffee and didn't get it. Not so sure what was in my cup but it wasn't that. Can we just go back to when the cream was available for us to put it ourselves?
Majority of the time I always pre order my items. Sadly, last time I visited on May 15, I pre ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One was the beyond meat (I don’t eat red meat) and the other regular sausage. My fiancé took a bite of his and noticed it didn’t taste “normal”. I had already taken a bite of the regular sandwich because I was so hungry. It tasted different and then my stomach sank. We realized the sandwiches were in the wrong bag! Either someone is super careless and wanted to cause something or they were busy and didn’t realize. I’m very sad that Starbucks would let this happen. As someone who hasn’t ate red meat in 10 plus years I was sick. I will stay away from this Starbucks and be cautious with others from now on.
Consistently slow. If you're not in a rush, this place is fine. Drink quality is consistent with other locations. Staff are nice.
Went to the drive thru to get a coffee at 8:50pm, website said the store closed at 10pm. We were told at the drive thru window that the store closed early for the day. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes because there was people being served in the drive thru ahead of us! Very bad customer service. Could have placed the cone to block the drive thru and served the last 3 customers that were already in the drive thru lane. Way to go Starbucks! :(
It's a Starbuck. You've been in one, you've been in this one. Only problem is slow disconnecting free wifi. Which I shouldn't be complaining for free items, but feedback is feedback.
I’m pretty sure a lot of the staff are new at this location and the drinks taste different every time I’ve been in the past few weeks. Its really frustrating considering how much we pay for frap and lattes. Also, whats up with Starbucks coming up with new drinks and getting rid of them after a while saying “it was a seasonal drink”. Very disappointed.
I'll give a thumbs up to the 2 barristas on duty as they kept their cool despite a growing line of waiting customers. Otherwise, food was the regular fare. Nothing extraordinary or fancy as I had a cheese danish for afternoon tea.
Paid over 9$ for my drink. Cashier didnt punch it in correctly. I didnt realize until i got my drink. Had to return it. I had paid for extra syrup and i got barely any. Young guys working who just did not care .Awful, was so furious walking out of there
