Good place, but not enough staff. Especially at night. Takes upwards of 25 minutes to get an order, even if it's small.
If you go through the drive thru on weekends or evenings the staff will screw up your order. Night shift after 11 pm the drive thru is great and the staff is polite. One time I went in around 6pm on a weekday and I observed young staff on their cell phones. It seems the younger the staff the bigger the mistakes on the orders.
One of the best servive I ever had!!!! OMG the young girl , Emma is her name if I can remember.,... what a hard worker and very polite and very professional!!! Fast and fresh, and very pleasant experience. Thank you ? I will be back.
For the most part this location is pretty good. Lately though they’ve been off their game. Missing a burger, wrong burgers and burgers made wrong on various visits. We’ll be checking everything before leaving each time in future; an inconvenience when our orders are for four people.
Went through the drive-thru, person was really late in getting to us, never acknowledged our order or responded to us. We ended up leaving the drive through with a bunch of other people.
We will not be going to this location again, it is ridiculous!!!I strongly suggest driving a few minutes and going to the location on Innes, you will have better food and faster.Third time that we order in the drive through and get sent to park and wait, this time 20 minute wait time to get... COLD FOOD!The managers at this location should go to any of the Innes locations and learn the meaning of "fast food"!Isn't that the whole point of McDonald's!?
The slowest and most incompetent "fast food" venue ever... I was literally the only customer. Only 1 cashier machine was on, the cashier person was unable to log in to his account for 10 minutes, nobody helped him. Twice they had to cancel my order. They were unable to properly take a happy meal order. When they did, it was prepared in 15 minutes. Never going to this branch again!
McGriddle and hash brown were very warm and fresh. Lobby was very clean and staff was very kind.
Today is Saturday January 22. I have order 3 burgers with ketchup only for my son who is allergic to dairy product. I got home and the burgers had cheese. I repeated the order twice. This is not the first time IAM having this issue at this location. This is shameful
McMuffin's bread was burnt, Personnel should be educated how to apply flyer coupons. In store. order took too much time.Interior is nice enough and the place has potential.Edit. Manager gave another McMuffin on my next visit.They definitely have some problem with grill machine that should be fixed.
