So after maybe 7 visits to this McDonald's I can safely say they have not gotten my order correct once. Just a heads up if you order here, always open your bag and check your order.To their credit if I go in they will replace the order no questions asked, however sometimes the replacement is also incorrect.
Have been here twice for drive thru service and each time has been great. However, be advised that if you're going to order through drive thru, you may need to wait in one of the designated lanes and for one of the employees to come out and bring you your food. This happened during my first drive thru. The second time I used drive thru I had to wait a bit but it wasn't too long. Service was prompt and efficient. As for the food, it tastes just like any other Mickie Dees.
BE CAREFUL HERE. It used be one of the best before. Nowadays Getting an accurate or completed order is a big struggle at this restaurant. Although they have many staff, very little care is given to accuracy of the order. You really need to verify your order twice before you leave the store - there is a very good chance the order is missing something.. And they don't even apologize for their mistake.
Never go to this location. Every single time I order from here online I am missing items, once I was missing half of my order. They do not care about their customers, and they obviously don't care to do their jobs properly.
Well, I love this location and yes sometime they do make mess of orders but their food is sooo good. I have tried other McDonald's and it just, not the same.Even when they do mess order they fix it. Tonight they forgot to give me fries with one of my meals and after calling them they offered to fix it and they did.I will go again :-) after all no one is perfect.

If I could give this place 0 star, i will. The worst customer service i have ever seen. They did a wrong order twice and in the third time they left me waiting in the parking lot and forgot about my order. I will never pass this place again and i don't recommend this brunch for anyone.
This place is always a headache, even if you walk in ,check your order before you go there is always something missing each and every single time . And all these reviews from people have had same experience no replies from owners or any other manager to tell you we are working on it , in fact they dont care and people still go there pay their money and keep on , business is running regardless you like it or not and that is what they care about .i hate to go there and always worried any time kids will say we would like to have Mcdonald today , it is a night mare for me honestly.
They same girl brought me my food 2 days in a row, friendly service and quick curbside service. So far best place for curbside orders.
Amazing experience considering how busy it was. The St. Jospeh location is closed for renovations so this mcdonalds is killing it!Drive thru was full when we arrived, we kept moving and got out of there in like 5 minutes. No mistakes, very hot and well prepared ??
