Always a great experience with lucky fortune! The food is always delicious. My go to Chinese food. Their website is user friendly and efficient! (And less expensive then ordering through a 3rd party)
Ordered 4 combination 8 plates and they were fantastic! Amazing portions and delicious all around!
First visit and wow great food. Its hidden little treasure. I got fried chicken with garlic sauce, Spring rolls and Chow mein A+ for speed, quality and quantity. I'll be going back for sure.Prices are a bit better then other places, but food is so yummy.
On my way home stopped in and ordered some egg rolls and rice. I was the only customer who came in and ordered. All other people who arrived had ordered over the phone and doing pickups. One would think a small order of egg rolls and rice would be very quick. Nope! just over 1/2 hours sitting there waiting. No one ever came out from the back to apologize for the delay. Once at home, found the rice to be soggy.
Just moved to Orleans so this was our first time ordering from Lucky Fortune - Didn't love it, didn't hate it.We ordered Combination Plates + Almond Chicken Soo Guy. General Tao was delicious. Chicken Balls were very good with good chicken to batter ratio. The garlic sauce for the Chicken Balls tasted weird. Chicken Fried Rice could have used more green onions + some of the rice grains were still hard, but easy to pick out.Affordable prices. The combination plates were reasonable regarding food quantity, but the soo guy was a bit small for a full order.I would recommend, but I've had better. Didn't love it, didn't hate it.
Food is wonderful. Time to prep isn't too long. Only complaint is there is too much rice and not enough of the other food in the combo plates.
Prices are reasonable they haven't changed their price for a long time. I've never had any complaints with the food five stars for them
Started ordering here for convenience but the food is consistently excellent so now when it's time for Chinese food, this is our go to spot.
Haven't ordered from here in a while so decided to try it as we have been disappointed with other Chinese food restaurants in Orleans. On the good side were the spare ribs and sweet and sour soup. The portions are generous but the food itself is not flavourful. Seemed as if it was cooked previously and then microwaved. The chop suey with vegetables looked like it came out of a can. Noodles with shrimp was bland and had very little spice even though it was labelled as a spicy dish. The beef with black bean sauce was not very flavourful and seemed overcooked. Overall disappointed with the flavour and quality.
Just ordered this for lunch and has to be the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Never again ordering from here. Won ton soup tastes like dirty socks.
