Second time in a month I went and the breakfast was disgusting. Potatoes look like they sat in grease. The butter was dripping off my toast. Coffee was horrible, probably has been sitting a long time. I gave it a second chance but not any more. Don’t go. Horrible place. One time the cook was late and the waitress was going to have to go cook. Garbage.

This place is great! I love their food. They’ve been here for years now, and you can always know what to expect when ordering from here. Never disappointed!
Have been ordering from here for a long time. Their good quality has changed for the worst -The cook should learn about fast food snd how to prepare it ?Ordered take out club sandwich and it was three crusts for the three slices of bread ? who does thatand no fries - apparently you have to ask for fries - another time once again ordered a club and the chicken was in one section and the other had the tomato, lettuce and bacon ?! Their fries are terrible skinny and lumpy - had to order over $20 so ordered onions rings - they were to hard over fried - they need to change the oil in the fryer - not ordering from the them again

Gave them the chance to make it right, gave me back $2.40 incl tax for the wrong side, no pop and $2 gravy.Take out: Lasagna was very bland- lots of wet noodles, very little fill otherwise. Extra crispy fries were soggy. Missing from our order: pop, gravy, and the coleslaw was macaroni salad.Chicken finger portion was good.Overall, Not worth the price- don’t recommend.
When we moved to Orleans about 7 years ago, we saw Lorenzo's but we rarely saw anyone inside. People told us that the food. the pizza in particular, was out of this world but we never took the plunge until last year when we were doing takeout Tuesday to support local businesses. One night we decided to take the chance and order from them.... OMG, why did we wait so long??We have tried literally everything on their menu from the sandwiches to the subs to the Italian meals to the pizza. No word of a lie, their food is 10/10 every time - consistently wonderful. And the owners know us, they treat us like family, simply one of our favorite places for consistently great food.

Jan 2020 update:The renovations has made an amazing change of ambiance in the place, absolutely 5+ !I would for sure highly recommend this little family restaurant, that hides off Innes Road in a small plaza. I was happily surprised when I had my breakfast there for the first time. My regular breakfast place that had the best breakfast in Orleans, is no longer in business, and finding this was a blessing.The atmosphere is very friendly. I had my doubts first about a pizza joint doing breakfast. But the minute I set foot in there you could feel the warm friendly atmosphere. The place was almost full and people were happy and cheerful. Positive vibes mixed with the true smiles of the staff put you at ease.I ordered the two eggs meatless breakfast and the waitress had no issue replacing my meat with pancake or home fries. She asked if I wanted onions with my homefries, something I appreciated. Coffee was fast to arrive and was good and she was fast to get me the sweetener, since I don't take the sugar that was already on the table. I had the choice of milk and cream too.When breakfast arrived, katshup came with it, as well syrup. Food was nicely devices into two plates, not crammed in one. Appreciating foods and being a local guide with Goodle, I tend to be very picky about the details when it comes to food reviews.The pancake size was very generous, and tasted ok. Just plain pancake. The pancake however, arrived a bit cold, cold enough for the butter not to melt. Despite that I am giving this place full mark, it is Sunday and they were near full.The eggs were perfect, toast was great in both toasting time and amount of butter. The homefries had generous amount of onion, but they were a bit too much on the soft side. I usually like my homefries toasted and brownish on the outside, with a small amount of spices. The homefries even though they were ok taste wise, got only a pass from me. They can definitely improve on the homefries process and content. However, I have to respect their own way of making stuff. I am sure I will be visiting this place again, and I will.make sure I bring with me my preferred spices.Positive vibes filed the place, by both patrons and staff, who served always with a smile, real smiles... And they did their best to top.ny coffee, so much that I never had to look for anyone to ask for more coffee.I asked for the lunch menu, and decided to pick something for take out. The three piece chicken with fries looked very inviting online. I asked for the lunch menu, which was brought in promptly. I asked if I can order take out from it. The waitress said let me check and she came back with a smile and said yes they started preparing my take out order.The chicken truly exceeded my expectations, and was cooked just right. Both the marinate and the cooking were perfect.The right crunch, with the right cooking time, with great taste. I had to try a piece as soon as I got home. There was a party in my mouth.The amount of chicken is generous for the price.I am looking forward to lunch time to eat the rest of my chicken. I can honestly say it is the best tasting chicken I ever had for a long time. The crunchiness gets 120/100 and the internal cooking of the chicken gets 100/100It truly puts other chicken joints to shame.George the owner, left his kitchen and did a quick tour and greeted clients, and I was among them. I heard that he cares for his clients satisfaction and does talk to them direct every chance he got. Patrons were happy to see him and he was very courteous with them, and with me, a first time client.I look forward to trying the Pizza at this place. I highly recommend this place.It is reasonably priced, and people there from front line to kitchen care about clients. The food is sure above average, and some are superior quality. Drop by or pick up the phone, and let George and his caring staff feed you, believe me you won't be sorry, and you will get addicted to it.Great job George, thank you for my breakfast and lunch today!!!!

This is the second time I come here. Just what I was looking for from a diner breakfast. Good food, good prices, great service. Somehow the waitress remembered me from my first time which I was impressed by. This whole place is just great, underrated for sure.
