Greatest well and got a table right away. 15 minutes in, we hadn't been approached by anyone yet to get our drink order or complementary nachos chips and dip. Then two guests get seated just two tables over and by 25 minutes in, they get their server, drinks, chips and salsa and they placed their order. We walked out of there and went to Shoeless Joe's. Oh by the way, we talked to the front entrance greeters and one server (caught their attention as she was serving other tables) during this whole scenario. The place was only half full and they didn't look understaffed.
we sat for 25 mins and watched tons of others get served yet never received even glasses of water or chips. asked twice about waiter. place wasn't even full.
We hit up Lone Star on Saturday around 1pm to enjoy some patio drinks , it was our first time since opening. The drinks in the pics are Mexican Bulldog and Blue Raspberry. They were excellent !!! at 13$ they better be ?. The server was very polite and attentive, he gave excellent service . We ordered the wings , 2lbs. Half in Habanero hot sauce half medium hot sauce with fries . Oh btw they start you off with a basket of nachos and salsa , they are super tasty . The fries are really good and wings are on point . Overall experience is a 5 plus. I’m looking forward to dinning in . In my option a little pricy but I believe they have menu options that fit everyone budget. Can’t wait to go back . worst restaurant experience ever ever waited 3 hours for a meal, asked for a diet coke 4 times, never got it, table was never cleared , will never be back
Nice space between diners, friendly and helpful staff and decent variety of food on the menu.Fajitas and lemonade were spot on, but our daughter's and my better half's hamburgers were a little over done and dry.Been, seen, experienced and would most likely skip the next time we are in the area.
Well, now after multiple take out orders missing items, I must make a review. Even though the food itself is pretty good, I'm super disappointed lately with this restaurant in regards to getting a take out order correct. Just ordered buffalo chicken fajitas for two combo, and onion rings. Got home and the onion rings were missing the bbq and ranch sauces, and the churros were missing the chocolate sauce. Also, for some reason half the chicken was fried/breaded, the other half was grilled.
Our server Twilight was super sweet and very attentive! Food was great! Nachos were the best I've had in a very long time & was extremely surprised when I tasted the pickle Margherita! DELICIOUS!!!
I made a mistake and it was totally my fault. Philippe went above and beyond to make this right for me. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism.
it was an awesome time service was really friendly. My only issue was the portion size but I understand with what's going on these days. But would most certainly go back
I would recommend but I’m definitely disappointed in your salsa without cilantro and your coleslaw with pickle juice. Coleslaw is supposed to have a bite to it and yours is pickly. Your salsa used to be famous and now I don’t even pick it up anymore to bring home
