Foods and customer service are both great. They have all my favourite Chinese foods dishes and they executed it perfectly. Definitely consider ordering here whether you are in the area for not.
I live in Orleans so this is a natural choice for me, but I've ordered here so much I have 4 friends who'll leave their part of the city to come here for Chinese. It is consistently good which is more than can be said of so many other places, restaurant or otherwise! Love Li's!
One of my best Chinese experiences. The crispy beef was one of the best meals I’ve ordered. Portions compared to the price i payed for my meal was great. One of the few restaurants that you’ll leave with a full tummy. Thank you for your amazing experience
I've eaten and gotten take out here a couple of times and the menu always lives up to its quality. I gotten take out for the sweet and sour pork along side with there shrimp fried rice. The meats are very flavourful and large in proportions. Although their wait time for orders take a whil, keep in mind they're understaffed. which is fine since I see they are always rushing so i understand its harder to fulfill many orders. Overall, if you are near the Orleans area, forsure check it out. 100% authentic cantonese food :)
My family and I eat here every time we're in the area. Delicious food with huge portions! Service is quick and efficient. They've got a huge menu selection with authentic Cantonese cuisine, definitely worth a visit if you're in Orleans! Great bang for your buck, amazing food.
Ordered my food at 6:30pm, got I at 10:00pm was to arrived at or about 8:30pm. Contact restaurant several times told the food was still there at 9:30pm and have wait another 45/50min. Tried to contact them to cancel no answer delivery person arrived at the same time. They finally answer took 10% off. But I still loose because the food was dried out noodles stuck together egg rolls dried out. A waste of my money. Finally spoke to someone there today. According to him I’m the only one complaint about the condition of the food after it’s been sitting on the counter packed from 8:15 to 10pm when I got it.
First and only time I ever order from this place. So disappointed after spending over $100. The open end egg rolls were barely edible. The crispy beef was not crispy but at least it was spicy. Worst of all was the service. We ordered at 6:30 and the food only arrived at 10:30. It took over 4 hours to get 6 dishes. Come on. Worst of all after 3 hours we called to find out the status of our order and were told that it was being packaged up for the driver as we were speaking but the food was only packaged up 45 minutes later and took 15 minutes to deliver. Completely ridiculous. Never again!!!
Worst customer service. The lady at the front is so rude and doesn’t acknowledge what the customer is trying to say. Instead, she talks and cuts the customer off several times. The food may be decent but the service is worse than 1 star.
Currently only offering delivery and take-out.Loved the food we got here for take-out! It's clearly a family business and despite being very busy with minimal employees, the food was great. We ordered one of the combos during the peak hours of dinner rush. We waited longer than they estimated but they were clearly rushed off their feet and our food was still piping hot after we arrived home. Will definitely be ordering here again!
The absolute worst customer service! Dont waste your money on such rude people!!
