Best KFC in town. Never disappointing. Chicken is always fresh and crispy. Resturant is always clean, keep the great work. Cook ur amazing for making those chicken taste so awesome.

Almost every table was filthy. The employees were mostly on their cell phones instead of working. I asked for a couple of dipping sauces, the employee very slowly walked over and deliberately got just one sauce for me. Sort of passive-aggressive. An employee was very loudly hacking and coughing out back. This place is a shambles and if you value your health and wellbeing you probably want to avoid it.
Where to start. They open late and can't be bothered to unlock their door. Undercooked drumstick, dry chicken patty on a dry bun (no lettuce on the sandwich), cold fries. Just close your "restaurant". No wonder why this location is never busy.
Super disappointing experience tonight. My husband and I wanted to get a poutine, and two boneless combos. I got to the window to order because their speaker was broken, and I was told they were out of tenders... that was okay with me. So I asked for the combos with just the popcorn chicken. The employee said okay. I paid, then second guessed the amount. Another employee handed us the food, and I asked "just to double check, this is a poutine, two popcorn chicken, and two fries.?" He said no, it's two popcorn chicken and a poutine.I asked if I could pay for two fries, and he said "nah, we changed the fries for a poutine."I wasn't sure what to say, so I just accepted it figuring they didn't feel like adding new fries to the fryer, which I get, having worked in fast food.I got home, and the poutine was ice cold (I live literally 2 mins away), and there was one serving of the chicken, not two like I was told.Super disappointed in the service.
This is a horrible KFC, we got an order for $72 at the drive through and they didn't include the 2 large gravies in our order. After driving back (5 Km) they refused to fix the order. The staff even refused to get the manager to deal with this issue. Dont go here people, Popeyes is not far from this location and they care.
Paid $68 for takeout for dinner for 4.Got home, missing items!Went back, they said too bad. No refund, no replacement, nothing.Asked to speak to manager, they refused!Don’t go there people, they don’t care a hoot about giving proper service.
This review is solely based on the food item I ordered. Not the staff, business or anything else. The food items may be great here, I decided to try the cheap 2 for 5 wraps, just didn't taste like a classic KFC item for some reason
I went 3 times. Since the 1st time was the best and fastest service at any fast food place. The 2nd time they tanked and I left with nothing. The 3rd time was cold food and half full salads. Oh well. Such is life.
