Times are tough for everyone but when I order a chicken burger on a Sunday as a treat for us I don’t expect to get old brown lettuce and 3/4 just deep fried dough and a 1/4 piece of hammered flat chicken it was pretty disappointing
I have no issues with this store for pick-up orders. It's always been quick service and no issues with the food.This review is for delivery from KFC.ca fulfilled through this store:I’m a frequent customer, ordering usually once every week or two.Ordering delivery from this KFC on KFC.ca is like playing roulette for your dinner. One of the first times I ordered from this store I got a completely different order, which happened to be better than mine so I let it go. Since then I’ve had 2 orders show up, cold, approx. 2 hours after ordering, missing or wrong size drinks on multiple occasions and most recently 2 out of my last 3 orders never arrived. Why do I keep trying you ask? My wife likes KFC and I naively hoped an order would get messed up in my favor again.So onto reviewing the customer service since I’ve had to deal with it for over half my orders. There is no contacting this store regardless of time or day you call. The 1-866 number’s only resolution is to transfer you to the store which never picks up or they’ll send an email to the store to cancel and refund your order, which they may also ignore. At the time of writing, I’m still trying to get a refund for an order that didn’t show up over a month ago despite calling the 1-866 number 5 times now.I just wanted you to take my money and bring me chicken….I won’t be ordering delivery KFC anymore.UPDATE: Got my refund. The refund issue was due to 1-866 number and not the store apparently. I went to the store in person and they had it dealt with quickly.
We Ordered through Uber Eats , and they completely missed our order choices. First we ordered Only dark meat, and they sent a bunch of Chicken breast. Secondly, we asked for large Macarroni, and it was nowhere to be seen. I am really disappointed and after complaining, Uber eats just refunded 5 dollars ??♀️Never again
This is absolutely the worst food I have ever eaten. Bought here on Tuesday, It cost $150.00 to make sure we all ate and had some left over for the next day. It was awful out of the buckets. The kids wouldn't touch it. The taste was nasty, the chicken was dry and the gravy was watery. They should be ashamed to serve this to customers. Hopefully the wild animals who attack my green bin will enjoy it more.
I put in an order for delivery. I was charged for the full order. Once my order was delivered, I noticed multiple missing items. I tried calling them multiple times, and they never answered my calls. So I called their 1-866 number. They said they would email them to contact me to resolve the issue. This went on for 4 days. I was never contacted. So their 1-866 line gave the 1-866 number for their corporate office. I was given a case number and asked to wait 3-4 for a response. I waited 6 days, and still no response. So I called them again, and this time they put it as a HIGH PRIORITY issue and was asked to wait again. 6 more days has passed, and still no response! This isn't even their first messed up order either!I AM SO GLAD KFC CARES SO MUCH ABOUT COLLECTING THE FULL PRICE OF THE ORDER, AND NOT DELIVER 20% OF IT!!THIS DESERVES A 0 STAR, BUT I'M NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THAT. SO KFC CAN GO SCREW THEMSELVES! THEY'VE LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!
I used to love KFC but they've gone down hill so far I don't think they can come back. Invest in a new menu, use the chicken and re invent yourself. Think HEALTH! drop the fried chicken bit, it's done. Everyone loves chicken but NOT! fried chicken.

Took a chance on a place i used to enjoy now and again. I ordered inside because there was a long line in drivethru and nobody inside. 15 then 20 then 30 mins went by to the point i had to ask where my simple 2 meal order was. I was missing items and others complained of trivial order mix ups and missing items as well. Meanwhile uber ect drivers were in and out np. Barely any vocalization and communication in the kitchen by mangement and employees and they looked like they were flustered and confused through out. What a shame, this location used to be good back in the day.????
If I could give zero stars I would!Bought a bucket at lunch yesterday, pieces are dried up like they have been reheated multiple times, pieces are tiny and unrecognizable, got 2 drumsticks, 3 wings and 5 of whatever this is. Will go to Mary Browns going forward.
Ordered thur door dash...never ever again. Food was cold.chicken undercooked.Driver never rang the doorbell to let us know it arrived! Gave themselves a tip (which i would never have given). Called the store.. no answer!
