For yrs never had a problem, friendly service good food. Last time i went, a few months the girl was SO freagin rude i could not believe it. I should of just left and cancel my order. I wont be going there anymore. Who does the hiring .. ive seen all the bad reviews and obviously the manager/owner does not care, is not doing anything about the customer service because there are still bad reviews. Dont bother sending me the copy/ paste “were sorry for your experience ref number pla call us “ blah blah blah because you are not doing anything about it. Good Customer service does not exist anymore. People dont-care plain and simple.

Open til midnight please it would allow a lot more business to flow around 10pm - 12 i'm always craving a burger and a milkshake at this hour and all there is for that is mcdonalds or Pizza pizza , in all of Orleans.

Food was alright. Employees were very disrespectful and did not know how to take my order properly. They also took way too long to give me my food.
I was craving burger and onion rings. They have the best onion rings I think, even though size wise it is very tiny.The staff was not up to date for the offering and menus.I wanted the crispy chicken but ended up getting the chicken without any breading.The taste of the paper straws is horrible.... Almost disgusting....I don't know how they approve it for use... It really really sucks... Next time I will buy my burgers from an environment hater chain who has straws that do not affect the consumption of drink or have no weird taste.
Terrible service, I ordered at 9:33pm Friday August 27th 2021, and was constantly interupted with constant disrespect. My family my kids were asking why the machine is yelling at us. That is absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed I have to still wait in this slow serviced line to still pick up my order. Customer service and speed of service is terrible!
