Today was my first time trying the 1/3lb burger from Golden Fries. Only because, truthfully, everytime I've gone with the intention of getting the burger, I end up getting the poutine because it's sooo hard to pass up. But today I did it! And it did. Not. Disappoint.Super delicious (I ordered it with the works), and not 'heavy' in my belly afterwards, the way some burgers can be.Will definitely be ordering again soon! ?
First time ordering today and I was not disappointed. The portions are very large so very good value. The poutine has lots of cheese curds and gravy which other places seem to cut back on. But my favourite for sure was the fish!!!! Large portion and tasted amazing!!! Will definitely be returning. If only you were open in the winter so I could have it year round ?
We LOVE Golden Fries, from the amazing 1/3lb bacon cheeseburger, Big Max poutine, to their delicious fish and chips with homemade tartar sauce. WAIT…! I almost forgot the Chicken Parm sandwich!Our family and staff love every thing about them. Their “to die for” food and amazing Customer service keep us coming back for more.Keep up the great work guys, we love you ???

finally found the good fish ‘n chips in Ottawa ! Lovely piece of fish prepared to perfection. Just the right amount of golden batter to compliment the flaky filet inside. Crispy and not even a little greasy - just like the delicious fries. My only complaint … too many fries - I couldn’t eat them all ! ? Easy-peasy on-line ordering process and my order was ready right on time. Served up by friendly staff doing a great job to feed the hordes who already know about this place ! I’ll be back … I think the chicken parm sandwich will be next ?
