Good peanuts in the shell while waiting for your food, the burgers were good but the fries weren't very hot.
Good:- this location actually has Milkshakes unlike Trainyards (including Malted milk - add chocolate for that old school chocolate Malt taste!)- so many delicious fries: hot, crispy, salted- lots of parkingBad:- online ordering doesn’t have “side of gravy” so I always have to go in to order- my burger was missing the bacon and I paid for it- bathroom could be cleaner- I find the burgers hit or miss one whether they are dried out or nice and juicy.
First time at Five Guys tonight as recommended by my niece. I doubt I will be back. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with lettuce, Ketchup, tomatoes. When I arrived home I checked the receipt and the cashier had punched in Mayo, Ketchup and Tomato.. First mistake! And I tipped him 15% just to punch in a few keys. I opened the burger and it got worse. No Ketchup, no lettuce which I ordered, just a pool of Mayo and a tomato. Boy does anybody get it right? It wasn't even very busy at the time. $15.05 for something i could not eat. Unfortunately it was take out so little recourse without inconvenience. The fries were all over the bottom of the bag and the bag completely grease soaked. I don't normally comment on these things but what a debacle!
Delicious hamburgers & delicious Fries! Large quantity for guys with good appetite like me. Reasonable prices!
First of all our bill was 36$ for two little cheese burgers, Cajun fries and poutine! With tip of course if your a kind/generous person. As soon as I got home my poutine was placed in the bag in such a way where it had no choice but to spill all over the bag. The fries were old since I got there at 9:30pm to order. I hate to say both our little burgers were made with the wrong ingredients, burger was wet and moist somehow, bun was old and patties were burnt. I’m giving one star because the Cajun flavour was actually nice and unique other than that I had a terrible experience at this location just last night.
I'm indifferent because of how they cook the burgers. No issues, Albeit you ask for BBQ sauce, it's a wet sauce that takes away from your expectation. It's good food, I'm just a little taken back,. due to religious beliefs they cannot do certain things., Which I completely respect, just don't understand is all. Maaad overfilling on the fries though! Great for snacking later on!!
Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger for myself and a Hamburger for my wife only to find out that the bacon was missing from my burger. On top of that my wife's burger was raw in the middle. This isn't the first time these guys get orders wrong and fail to cook the patties all the way through. Will think twice before ordering from them again.
disastrous. When I first showed up, I saw that they were judging me the second I walked in. The cashier wouldn’t keep his eyes off my wife, I was standing right beside my wife and he blatantly was flirting with her. Man was lucky I didn’t clock him a new one. Then we got our food which by the way they didn’t even ask us if we wanted fries then we get in our car and our burgers turn into a soup. All and all don’t go here
Everytime we come here, the team is exceptional. Last night, we ordered cheeseburgers with bacon. The bacon was crisp, the burgers were juicy and both our meals, including the fries, were truly delicious. Thank you Five Guys for the awesome meals you provide! We are grateful for your presence in our community. :)BTW, if you haven't tried their BLTs, you won't be disappointed.
One of the last great burger joints. Staff always seems to be in a good mood, food is great, and mobile orders are easy to deal with. Aside from the burgers, they have actually decent poutine and great milkshakes.
