I love this place. Always clean and great customer service
As a family we always had the Meatball subs. We haven't been there for awhile and noticed that the meatballs are smaller and they taste different. I don't know maybe it's because we haven't been for awhile but I don't think we will go back. They have tons of business so I'm sure they won't miss my orders.

Walked in, wasn't greeted or anything and was waiting at the cash with no response as the 4 people were too busy with catering orders and there was only 1 other women who recently ordered. After over 20 minutes of waiting she spoke up about how much longer it will be and I spoke up and said the same thing when there is no one else waiting for a sandwich besides us and stated I'd just want my money back as i can't even eat my lunch now as that time was used waiting for 4 people to make 2 peoples sandwiches. Usually it's not like this and explained how they should consider the walk ins and the younger caucasian guy was just rude about it and shooed us both off with no consideration
These are by far the most creative and delicious subs that we have ever eaten.Firehouse subs is a great community asset.

Everything that you want in a sub they have it it is the best submarine sandwich place that has evolved in decades thanks to our firefighters.
Service was average, subs were great. A Nice change from subway. Would recommend if you want a fresh sub and want something other than subway.

When I went to pick up our sandwiches today I decided to try the Reuben pastrami! Another great sandwich from firehouse, which I highly recommend! With a friendly staff, and great service you couldn't ask for anything more!
