Last time I ate in the fries were gross and cold, my moms chicken wasn't cooked properly and just today ordered off uber eats cake and dinner for a little birthday dinner for my boyfriend as my son is sick and they completely forgot to give my delivery driver our chicken. The response I got after calling several times was "there's a lot of new people and its busy" well all I can say is train your employees better.
Wonderful experience, I have celiac disease and this was my first time going to Dairy Queen since 2015, the young man taking my order cleaned everything before making my sundae to make sure it's safe for me to consume, he even washed my spoon!! Thank you for having such a good protocol when it comes to gluten free!!
The restaurant was not clean/well maintained. The seats both inside and outside were dirty, and the floors had a lot of noticeable debris and garbage. Right in front of the cash someone had dropped their ice cream and it had melted into a huge mess, and while the staff was aware of this they didn't clean it during my visit of 10 minutes. They seemed to have enough staff, but the staff seemed very undertrained.
My one and only place to get ice cream cake. Love smelling chocolate in the air. People working there are very nice.I have never had bad experience, waiting little bit yes, but when there is great yummy treats at the end of the line its worth it.
Words can’t describe how impressed I was with my cake order! They made my two year olds dream come true with her one bday request, “pink”. Cake was also delicious!
The service at this location is slow enough to make you think you've accidentally wandered into a Starbucks. I can't help but feel that if the staff spent less time on their phones and Bluetooth speaker that maybe it wouldn't take so long. I know it's fan food and not fast food but maybe we could start at fast and work our way up.At least the food was fresh.
Consistently the worst service of any location I have ever been to. Melted ice cream presented alongside lukewarm food because staff cant even be bothered to finish presenting a fully prepared order for someone before wandering off was the experience I had tonight. This level of service from staff can be considered the standard experience at this location. I no longer have enough faith in the capabilities of the staff here to trust that they wash their own hands, let alone anything else. That is the level of competence I see regularly displayed here — it is on a level that makes me doubt they can even do the legal requirements of their jobs right, let alone provide good service.
The staff is untrained, unprofessional and the restaurant is absolutly unsanitay. Their floor, counter tops and machines are disgusting. Everything is covert with ice cream, chocolate and dirt. The seating area looks exactly like a dog park... I'm more scared to get ffod poisoning then COVID in there. I'm happy to see that my friend's message to corporate didn't change anything. All that to say, please go somewhere else, the only thing you'll be ordering there is food poisoning.
Short staffed. Long wait for two Blizzards. Other customers got complimentary coupons for waiting so long but when it came to my friend and I nothing was offered. I only mention this because I believe if you are going to do that for one customer you should do it for them all. The cashier was lovely but was left to handle all the customers alone while the other staff took care of the food in the back. I hope she got a break soon after we left.
This was my first time ordering a dq cake and I was not disappointed. I didn't really know what I wanted to order for my wife's birthday but Elise was very gracious and patient with me. She answered all my questions and concerns and helped me come up with a flavor and design. When I picked up the cake I was blown away and everyone loved it! Awesome job, 5 stars all around!!!
