I ordered the small poutine and I added pepperoni, beef, chicken and steak strips. What I got was pure disappointment. My idea was that even if the poutine was terrible, whatever I added would make up for it. Everything I added turned out to be worse than the poutine itself. I love their wings. But that poutine left me traumatized tbh. Never again !!!!
Very rude customer service. No manners and no sense to talk to others. Very very rude.I will never recommend anyone to visit there or pick any food from there. Spend your money at a place where you get a smile in return, not rude behavior.
I indeed from them off skip and was excited to see a margarita option. What I got was cheese onions and tomatoes, which is not at all what I order.
Truely amazing food with an excellent customer service. We went there by closing time but the food was fresh and delicious.
Staff was really good. We went at closing time but food was freshly prepared.
Their wings and fries are not good. Their pizza is marginally okay. Customer service is not the most pleasant.

Racist and rude, truly the worst experienced that I have personally felt at any establishment in Ottawa!. One star is generous in my opinion.Was there today (08/06/2021) because I felt like something quick and easy. Did not see anything within the display, but there were three different slices available that appeared to be there for awhile. The owner indicated it was baked within hour. I asked "are you sure?"To my surprise the owner yells get out of store, get out of my store.. I refuse to serve you...said I called him a liar because I questioned a slice of pizza.Being a person of visible minority I was stunned. They have lost a customer for life!
